The staff was friendly in their communication and during our interactions. I was traveling with my mother and her dog. The location was great, close to the autobahn. The room is spacious but dated. The twin beds were huge for European standards (small queen in US), however it just had a small twin blanket, not like in the pictures. The extra fee for our dog was 15 euros, which is reasonable.

The hidden 8 euro parking fee, its really expensive for parking in an industrial area, its not mentioned nor worth it. The room was dated, the shower leaking and the toilet seat broken on one side. Incorrect bedding and uncomfortable pillows, glad we brought our own bedding.

The room was spacious, bathroom clean, beds were sooo comfy! Very nice for a short stay. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Breakfast for 17€ is a bit too much, but nice! Public transport very limited, only bus stops close by, not frequently scheduled, especially sundays. There's a giant road you cannot cross easily, it takes a good while to walk to get to the other side. The hotel located on the loud road. A/C was a bit weak. Fully carpeted floors, sadly not clean enough, could be cleaner. It's an unpleasent surprise that the front entrance of the hotel is closed with a barrier, so you can't come in to unload your heavy luggages unless you pay. It's not safe to stop and get out of the car/taxi on the side of the busy and fast road.

I was accommodated in an accessible room, as requested, and the same room where I had previously stayed. Thank you. Diky. I was delighted to see that in the accessible bathroom there were two stools: one by the handbasin and the second by the bath. In addition, there was also a footstool which allowed me to be able to climb into the bath and bathe Or sower. There being no walk/step-in shower, this was an excellent solution to meet the needs of some mobility disabled people. Having two stools also assisted and avoided having to move one from one side of the bathroom to the other. After a very good night's sleep on a very comfortable bed and a morning shower, I went for an excellent and filling breakfast. As always, from reception to bar and kitchen staff all were welcoming, friendly, polite, helpful and professional . I look forward to my next visit.

Friendly staff and comfortable room. Didn't have breakfast so can't comment on that. Stayed here for Belgium Grand Prix and Aachen is a convenient location to stay. Lovely old town with plenty of restaurants and bars. Spent three nights here and had some great meals. The beer was very refreshing!

Long walk into town but possible if the weather is kind. Otherwise you need a car or use a taxi. Car park exit barrier never worked with the entry ticket. We had to use the intercom each time.

The main highlight in the room for me personally was bathtub, because I like it when I can relax in it. The room was quite spacious, with a TV set (I didn't used it at all), capsule coffee machine (it was nice with 4 free capsules), some free tea and a bottle of sparkling water (also free). I also found a kettle somewhere, but it wasn't on a table. I had no breakfast included, so I don't know what it looks like. The staff was nice and friendly, it was a pleasure to talk with them. There are some places to eat not very far away from the hotel (not fancy ones, but it's fine).

I will write here everything that might be important for some people, but for me it wasn't problem at all. There were no slippers in a room. I also haven't noticed any fridge, even small one. My windows faced the street with lots of cars — for me it wasn't noisy, even if I am sensitive to sounds. But for some people it may be better to ask for another room. The main challenge was location. Without a car it's a bit far away from center, but I believe that for those with an auto it's just a great place to stay.

The room was spacious and the beds were comfortable. We were given a coffee machine when we asked for it so that was very nice.

As we got there we were given room that had a running toilet and when we called reception we were told that they would come right away to look at it. After 30 minutes of waiting, we took our luggage went back to reception and had to ask for a new room. The person at reception seemed a bit bothered by it. We were also told by him that the restaurant was closed for the next 2 days for breakfast, but that also seemed to have been not true as when we came down both mornings the restaurant was full of people eating.

Very nice hotel ideally located on the outskirts of Aachen very close to the motorway. The staff were very friendly and had no problems conversing with us. The room was a good size, clean, comfortable, and warm. We had a bath with overhead shower, plenty of storage space, Kettle, and a coffee machine. We will definitely use again and have no hesitation in recommending.

Excellent service, very friendly and professional. was greeted by receptionist who explained everything to us - provided us with extra cot bed and said if we needed extra sofa bed to be done it’s not a problem at all! My daughter was crying for banana and she has managed to find us one 😊 breakfast service very fast and efficient, good choice of food . Overal very good customer service. Pleasant stay although hotel could do with a little refurbishment 😊 thank you! Will be back again

Very comfortable hotel. Water at reception to refresh and hydrate. We arrived on our motorbike very wet and disheveled but received a lovely warm welcome. Secure Parking was available adjacent to hotel for our motorbike. Breakfast was delicious. All staff were kind and courteous.

The hotel is just off the motorway which is convenient but there is little in the immediate neighbourhood and it is quite a walk in to town.

Parking should be free for guests of the hotel, not 8 euro/ day! Ventilation was very loud first night, but a helpful member of staff showed us how to turn it off for a quiet second night. However, with no ventilation it was very warm, and if the window was opened the main road was noisy. Try to get a room at the back of the hotel. Second night was very expensive compared with first night.
