The room area is really great. The room was nice and clean. They have a refrigerator with some drinks and water. Also, they have a cafe area which is open until 12 am. Also, have an open smocking space. The rooms are safe and secured. The staff are really friendly and helpful. You can do midnight checking. You can keep your baggage in their locker area, without any charge. The checkout time is pretty comfortable, you have to do it before 12 p.m. You can take a direct S2 train from HBF and then walk 1km.

One thing that I did not like was, the checking time. You have to wait until 03 pm for checking. But you can keep your baggage in their locker area, without any charge.

Standard room comes with a cost free mini bar, its is still bigger comparing to other rooms in other hotels in Munich, actually the standard room of this Hotel is as big as the premium rooms of other hotels we have stayed and every week we change hotels but deffinatly this would be our parmanent week end get away and my best choice is the 3rd Premium room which i will be writting a review when we check out, trust me this is a place to be and out side ia very quit and the staff are very friendly especially the receiptionists, and the house keeping do the best job to take care of the rooms trust me on this one as my wife is a proffesional private homes cleaner and my self im a hotel house keeping super visor.

The staff were very nice, friendly and helpful, the condition of the hotel was great enough, I am very impressed to stay in this hotel time to time in my life.

I can’t say I didn’t like some thing in this property, but I advise people who are coming out of Germany in this hotel, they should consider the location of this hotel from the central of city, they should think about their time.

The Premium rooms are the best, i think there are 3 or more types of premium, this was the 2nd Premium we stayed is very big with big windows, including cost free mini bar and coffe machine but it is also conected with another room which i think this type is ideal for group or family which you have a door inside to enter another room.

The rooms are large and clean, the beds are comfortable, and the location, although on the outskirts of Munich, is quiet and safe, with easy access to public transportation and a bus stop a 10-minute walk away.

There's a capsule coffee maker, but there's no kettle, so it's not convenient to drink hot water alone.

Cleanliness and the price. Rooms were spacious

Although very interesting, since I was rooming with a friend. The very open for anyone in the room to see shower was not the greatest. No privacy on that for sure. Saturday night the bar was closed. Maybe because of the holiday?

Quick check-in and check-out. Original concrete design, spacious rooms and areas. Sauna is heated up upon request, relaxing area, bathing robes are provided upon request. Minibar service, excellent breakfast.

Mosquitos can come in after dark. Room was a bit far from the elevator. Parking

Everything was perfect. Friendly staff, very clean room, free parking spaces across the street and complementary minibar.

We copied the address from booking.com and stranded 500m further than the actual hotel. It was still in the same street so no complaints though.

The room was spacious, clean and I had a lovely garden view with quiet nights of sleep. Also felt safe moving between the hotel and the easily accessible public transport

The Entrance is uninviting and dark and does not reflect the lovely accommodation upstairs

Convenient for the Messe, comfortable rooms and a good breakfast.

Locks on the doors don’t work so we all had to be issued with manual keys. Restaurant evening selection is limited and overpriced.
