I like the simplicity of the Maseven, the facility though not elaborate but it met all my very basic needs from serenity to very decent breakfast, gym facility, cleanliness, welcoming and helpful staff and the hotel/apartment as the case my be was very central to many places and to my conference location.

There was no swimming pool and no airport shuttle. It will be great if the hotel can consider providing a complimentary airport shuttle services, this will be a good relief especially for first timers to Munich and from airport to the hotel.

At first the location looks not the most convenient but once you're there and understand all whereabouts - it turns into a great place. Quiet even though near to railroad. Groceries right around the corner. One of Munich's top shopping malls - 3 bus stops (~10 mins) away.

Everything is really new, and some things are waiting for improvements and maturity. Nothing special. Just some small accents. Like - there are washing machines but no detergent (other similar places are selling washing caps for a decent money). Or, blankets are great, but they are very, very new and shedding heavily (under the bed there is a pile of duck feathers surely not the result of one day, but the cleaning staff don't take them away).

Very good value for money, hotel is very fancy, rooms are not extremely big but have a very comfy bed, a mini kitchen with sink, water cooker and some coffee and also the bathroom is very nice

The hotel send lots of message both on the app and by email, you finally give in and send a lot of data for the check in and then when you get to the hotel you have to write the same data all over again, scan your ID and sign, which I never heard off at any other hotel

The hotel is only 2 minutes far from Messe. There are multiple parks even for van and truck. The hotel is small but well studied with all necessary. The room is big enough with a small desk, good to work with laptop. Staff in the evening very gentle.

A long table for breakfast but empty. Many type of bread aren't enough for a good breakfast. No bacon. If you have an hotel close to messe where most of clients are supposed to be workers and exhibitors you should prepare the breakfast for those clients. Staff in the morning not very gentle.

The room was spacious and comfortable. There are grocery stores and a coffee near the hotel.

The walls are too thin. The nights I stayed there I could hear loud and clear people having sex and even snoring. The breakfast is too expensive for what it is (scrambled eggs and charcuterie).

The room was good and clean.

The hotel location is not too convenient, not easy to call taxi or uber during event day. And there is no public transport nearby.

Lovely clean room, nice breakfast included and staff were all very friendly and helpful. Great inexpensive hotel for Oktoberfest, only 20 minutes by S-bahn and only 5 minute walk from nearest station.
