Nice comfortable room, a suite for a family of four, with windows that open properly and air conditioning that stays on properly at night. The room can also be made as cosy and warm as you like. My family particularly appreciated the under-floor heating in the bathroom on the cold days! Friendly, efficient staff, nice breakfast with plenty of options. Close to the railway station for getting into the centre of Munich.

Sofa bed in suite was fine for kids, but definitely not recommended for tweens, teens or adults as the lower half of the bed part was rock hard. The area close to the hotel is a bit quieter and lacking facilities than I thought it might be, but that's not the hotel's fault!

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The entire place is clean, beautiful, and cozy, with rooms that are spacious and comfortable. The staff is incredibly professional, speaking multiple languages, and they were very quick to help whenever I needed something. For example, I asked for an iron, and within minutes, it was brought to my room. I was extremely satisfied with the quality of service, the staff, and the hotel overall. The breakfast was also very good.

The only minor issue was the lighting in the room – I would have preferred it to be a bit brighter. However, this wasn't a big problem as the room is filled with natural light once the curtains are opened

Toilet door! It seems to be cool these days not to have one. Staff very helpfully had dinner ready for us when we arrived as our flight was delayed and the kitchen was closing. Cosy, with the wooden dining area. Only about 5 min walk to train.

Breakfast was a bit chaotic, too many people in a tight space, and there could be more variety, not the same cake every day. Bathroom would be nicer with a walk-in shower, I don't think anyone takes a bath in a hotel anymore. The area was fine for our needs but it's mainly residential.

We stayed here to attend one of the Adele concerts at Messe München. From Müchen airport it took us 45 minutes by public transport to get to the hotel and it took a 20 minute walk from the hotel to Messe München. After 23:00 the main entrance to the hotel is closed (reception is open from 06:30 to 23:00) but you can use your room keycard to open the door. We really liked our room at the back of the hotel overlooking the outside seating area of the restaurant. When entering our room we found a little gift to wish us a great time at the Adele concert, a nice thoughtful detail. The room was clean, spacious and had great beds. We often find hotel beds to be too soft to our liking but the beds in our room had very firm mattresses which we liked a lot. With temperatures of around 30 degrees C outside it was very pleasant there was some great working air conditioning to cool the room. We had an enjoyable evening meal at the in-house restaurant Gasthaus Der Biermann. Food and drinks were good and reasonably priced. The restaurant staff was very hospitable and attentive, just like the staff in the hotel itself. We also enjoyed the buffet breakfast (from 07:00-10:00 on weekdays and from 07:00-11:00 on weekends and holidays) which offered a nice variety of things to choose from.

Outside private parking (free of charge) and garage parking (€15 / night). From what we saw, you can reserve a spot in the garage parking. Restaurant - it closes at 21:30, but there’s a pizzeria across the street if you have any late night cravings Great room with great ammenities Very quiet area, close to the highway, on the outskirts of Munich

The outside parking is used by both the people in the hotel and also by those coming to the restaurant, so you might be forced to pay for the garage parking (same as us) because there’s no spot available outside. There’s no fridge / minibar in the room

We had travelled from the UK to lake Constance then up to Munich. After a very long drive we were met at reception and advised we had made an error and the booking was for the previous night. The gentleman was so helpful, we had a drink in the garden whilst we waited in anticipation. His name was Thilo Schulz, he amended the booking free of charge and gave us a room at a discounted price too!. We were amazed at the service, the room was lovely and the location perfect, just a 10 min walk to the train station. Great breakfast there and we would only stay here again if we return. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

All perfect

The room was large, the beds were very confortable. The services were very good. Close to the bus and train station. Free parking place so we could leave the car safely.

We didn't ask for an extra bed, but we found it in the room, so it took some part of our space and the room looked a little messy because the banch that usually staus at the bottom of the bed was put on the space between the bed and the window. We asked for a king sized bed, but we received twin beds. It would have been better to have a minibar in the room; we didn't know in advance we will not have. One night the we didn't have hot water in the bathroom; it was just a little warm; my daughter couldn't have a shower :(

The property overall is fairly new inside/renovated with a simple but tasteful decor. The rooms are modern with everything you need. Nice size and super clean. Easy access to the centre via Reims station or bus right from the hotel. The restaurants and lobby are just beautifully designed. The staff overall was great and friendly. The breakfast buffet is on another level with high quality and varied choices of delicious food items with the chef taking extreme care and diligence in maintaining proper quality.

That we couldn't stay longer

We stayed at the hotel 2 nights longer than expected due to a snowstorm in Munich. We are so grateful for the wonderful staff at Prinzregent, specifically Frau Monika who went out of her way to help us figure everything out. She helped us extend our stay, researched/called different buses and taxis to find out if we could make it to Nuremberg, and booked us a taxi when we were finally able to get a train ticket. We stayed in both junior suites and found them to be clean and very nice. The restaurant on site is good. We didn’t have reservations but were still able to eat. I would maybe recommend reservations if you plan to try it. The bathroom floors are heated, which was so nice.

It wasn’t a big deal, but a mini fridge in the room would be a lovely addition.
