You can easily leave your auto in their open-air, but closed area parking at reception level. Big supermarket and bakery nearby. Quite and green area. Wifi worked.

We booked the apartment, still there was nothing to cook, but just a kettle and a microwave oven. Apartments are on the opposite side of the building, so from entrance to your door it takes a while waling in the corridor. Making the emergency exit a regular one, would very likely improve the experience, considering you could just park below it.

Frigobar and air conditioning missing in the standard room. What in hot summer isn't so bad to have. However the window provided enough ventilation.

We stayed here as a family of 3 on our way to Austria. Liked it so much as a stop-over hotel, that we also booked it on our way back. Will also book here next time when we are in the neighborhood. Plus: great modern design with a happy vibe, loved the bowl bar and breakfast, comfy beds and spacious rooms, only 5 minutes to city center by tram, supermarket in the same building. The blonde woman at the reception is also very nice and attentive.

Only negative : the noise from the fitness. It didn't bother us the first time we stayed here, but the second time we had an apartment straight above the fitness and you literally hear it every time the weights get thrown on the floor, our son taught it was thunder and it kept us from falling asleep. So next time we'll just ask for a room not directly above the fitness.

I enjoyed the breakfast. I came down with my six year old, who felt so grown up, navigating the buffet on his own. A good selection! I enjoyed two mini croissants, one pastry, scrambled eggs, ham, fruit salad, a café macchiato, lemon lime water, and maracuja juice. There were plenty of seating options as well. Also, the night of our stay, I showed up at the bar just minutes before the kitchen closed, wanting something chocolatey and sweet. The attendant brought me a warmed walnut brownie with a scoop of chocolate and strawberry ice cream. SO clutch. Thank you very much. Loved the decor of the hotel. Our room was SO COOL. Very cool design feature of using the TV as a room divider with a huge picture of a monkey in the jungle on the flip-side. I like how the sleeper sofa was already pulled out and made up. We LOVED the bathroom area. The shower floor (angled for drainage) made sense, and it was cool to have the option to have a regular OR waterfall shower. I bathed my seven month old daughter in the very spacious sink with the faucet that can move as you like it. We had enough toilet paper and towels for our little family of four. Also loved the design feature of several "hundred" cubbies. I swear, I filled them ALL up. I chose the hotel based on its' proximity to a sporthall, where I was due to participate in roller derby, so it was very close. It's not a very picturesque location, but there IS a Rewe on the bottom parking deck which I imagine is very convenient on any day except a Saturday/Sunday (when we arrived, after store hours) and a gym adjacent to the hotel. No pool, but I was told ahead of time by the staff that there were public pools in the area.

Europe needs to get on board with air conditioning or at least providing one or two standing/oscillating fans. Even though the bed was comfortable, it was SO HOT in the room.

The bed and pillows were super comfortable. The smell in the lobby was fantastic. The room was very clean. There was even a usb connection! The bar was super expensive (17 euros for 2 rum and colas). we paid for breakfast 14 euros and it was an average continental breakfast although we were told it was a big buffet. but the eggs were spectular (scrambled).

cost of drinks, cost of breakfast (a little high for what they had...but the price of the room was on the cheap side so it made up for it.

Great room, very spacious with a big and comfy bed. We travelled with an 8-month old and the bed was big enough for her to sleep in the middle with enough space for us. The breakfast had a good selection and the area was modern and clean. The underfloor heating in the bathroom - just lovely. There is a shop underneath so good for snacks and anything you‘d need.

We booked a room with a kitchen area. The only thing I didn‘t like was that there were still coffee stains on the dishes. However, I’m always picky with dishes and that is easily fixed by washing dishes before use. The room still felt cold even when turning on the heating.

Great value for money and lovely clean rooms.

The hotel is no smoking which is great but the rooms that overlook the car park get a huge amount of smoke drifting up onto the windows so it smells quite strongly of smoke. Rooms could be a bit cooler in summer.

Location was perfect for us, as we were only passing by (one night stay). Staff was really nice; whenever we needed anything, they would help very quickly. Very clean, nice interior design. Free and convenient parking, close to a grocery store.

For some reason the kitchenware was designed for only 2 persons (2 plates, glasses, forks, etc.). We also expected there to be "a starter kit" of coffee capsules or tea bags, but there were none. Also some shampoo would have been nice (there was soap).

Room decor was clean, spacious, modern and beautiful. The use of animal theme throughout the hotel was interesting. Free parking was available and supermarket was just downstairs.

There were sound of trams passing by at night so can affect your sleep. No air conditioning available so by leaving the windows open, sounds from the passing trams were rather clear. Will be nice to have a fridge.

Comfortable and super clean room, very good breakfast, free and secure parking, modern concept and decor, extremely reasonable for the quality of the hotel, and a highly commendable green ethic.

It’s a bit out of Augsburg, but we were just driving through so it didn’t affect us at all. In fact, we were happy to be out of the hustle and bustle. The secure parking was more important to us.
