The staff were really friendly. Our room was clean and very spacious, although the bathroom was not. Only few power sockets, but I don't use the telly, so I plugged it off for another socket. The breakfast buffet was lovely. The location of the hotel is great: central, but very quiet.

The bathroom was badly planned. The exit of the shower cubicle faced the toilet, you have to climb across it to be able to have a shower or get out of it. This is impossible for people with restricted abilities. Other than that everything was fine.

Lovely hotel. Clean and comfortable rooms, the shower was nice and powerful and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

The doorway from the street to the car park at the back which you are required to go through when coming back at night, is difficult to open. More than once we were worried about not being able to get in. It also concerned me that the back door to the hotel was tricky to unlock and this is meant to be a fire escape route.

Mostly the location was great, hotel was nice for the age of the building, no real complaints. Staff was friendly especially Max. I had mentioned that I used to live in Augsburg and there was a special beer I was looking to find in one the sidewalk cafe's but the cafe had closed and I couldn't find a bar that served the beer. Max overheard me talking about that and spent a good half hour looking for bars on a local map that served my "favorite" beir. Thank you Max...

The staff is competent, friendly, and accommodating, couldn’t be better. Location is EXCELLENT to all the important things to see. Breakfast is prompt and very good.

It is a little old fashioned in decor and construction. Though they are clearly marked, there are a lot of steps throughout the property, dangerous for balance. No concierge after 1900, though the management is always available by phone.

I was relocated to a different hotel, further away but with an upgraded stay. Early in the arrival day hotel staff contacted me saying that a problem had occurred and that they had to transfer my stay to the nearby Holiday Inn Express. While further away from the train station, it added breakfast to the original reservation. Everything was well taken care of, and no extra costs were charged. I just had to arrive to the new hotel and check in.

Nothing to mention here as my stay was transferred to a different hotel, in a hassle-free way to me.

We liked everything, Absolutely no complaints. Bed was comfy, internet was working fine, it was clean, quiet. The location is central and easy to reach. The area was nice and quiet as well. The staff was super friendly. Great value for money, especially during the EURO Championship. Would absolutely come back or recommend to others.

A lovely little hotel in Augsburg‘s Altstadt with very comfortable and functional rooms. I was pleasantly surprised to find a minibar- not standard these days! Plenty of restaurants, take-aways and bars within walking distance. I didn’t have time for breakfast unfortunately- maybe next time :)

The bathroom suite was a bit dated, but it didn’t bother me as everything was immaculately clean.

A classic 'old town' hotel with staff that couldn't be more friendly. I feel that the people manning the reception are the owners (but didn't confirm) . They have a committed sense of customer service and we felt well looked after. The hotel is metres away from the principal street of old town, yet far enough to be quietly out of the way.

The lift is tiny which is charming but might be a little inconvenient. The wifi in our room was also a little patchy.

The property is old but in good repair, clean and reasonably comfortable, we can’t say anything concerning the food s we were only in Augsburg for one night and wished to see the town so ate out. The receptionist was extremely helpful and gave us useful information about the city.

It had no A/C, private parking is extremely limited only 2 cars! But the receptionist advised us of safe parking only two streets away.

The location was not far from the railway station and easily found. I was given a large room on the ground floor. The street was quiet at night and generally near the quiet end of the main street.

Hard to fault.
