Location is exceptional, couldn`t be better. Room was clean and you could park in the underground garage and have an elevator to your room. Staff very friendly, breakfast good. Receptionist was so kind that let us have our car in the garage after check-out to have a walk around the old town. Very grateful!

The only weak point is the access into their underground garage as it is very narrow and therefore hard for SUV to enter. But we managed it, anyway.

I liked everything about this hotel. The location is superb. Only about 30 meters away from the main square and all the interesting places to visit. Yet it is a very quiet hotel. Many eateries and bars close by. The staff of the hotel spoke very good English and were very helpful. The price of the hotel is very reasonable and for some extra charge we had our parking space reserved in the hotel garage. Buffet breakfast was quite abundant and included in the price.

We hated just one thing. We hated leaving after 2 nights.

Excellent location in the old town - an easy stroll to almost anywhere. Lovely bright and comfortable breakfast room with good buffet selection. Room was well appointed and beds were comfortable.

Had a really enjoyable stay. Only (minor) negatives were that the bathroom was a bit on the small side, and no tea / coffee making facilities in the room.

Location is perfect for a short stay in the city. Staff were very kind and the breakfast was fine.

Whilst there was parking we could not use it due to cleaning in the early morning. Would also say the parking is for very small cars only as entrance extremely tight.

The location was fabulous right behind the Rathaus. The breakfast was very good with many choices. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

The lighting in the bathroom on the mirror was not working. When we reported it to the manager he said they knew about it but didn't want to take the room our of service.

Central location and close to the old Town. Staff were so good and helpful. Nice breakfast to start the day. Nice to have parking onsight.

Pity no air conditioning

Location is great. Even if this is a small hotel the breakfast buffet had some really nice surprises and was generally better then what to be expected. The rooms are as described on the website. At the smaller end but alle you need is in place.

Hotel is almost in the centre where soon will be Christmas market. I enjoyed the food and drinks in the restaurants nearby. Staff was really helpful and caring. I liked the breakfast. Room was clean and comfortable.

Located right in the centre of Augsburg with parking on the premises. Breakfast was abundant and rooms comfortable (albeit somewhat hot). Great staff (fluent in English and very helpful)
