The staff are very kind and helpful both those working at the front desk and the ones in the breakfast room, as well as the others. Some of their members are even friendly, such as the lady at the front desk who showed me on the map how to get to the museums. The room, though a bit small, was comfortable, especially the bed, the toughness of its mattress being the adequate for a good rest. The room maids performed a very good job. The breakfast was good and abundant, albeit I missed some dried dates and plumps in the buffet. There is no music at breakfast time. That allows one to have that meal peacefully in a pleasant atmosphere, with no disturbing noise.

No kettle is available for the customers. No safe in the bedrooms. At a certain moment in the evening, at about 7 o'clock, one hears many door slams. Fortunately enough that's not the case later, from 9 o'clock onward.

Very accomodating staff, rooms are very clean, bed ist comfortable, good free wifi, excellent location next to train station and next to Königsplatz with a lot of bus and tram connections, a short walking distance to the city center. Very quiet.

Stayed a few times - the rooms sometimes have minor issues like buzzing lighting fixtures or an exuberance of room deodorant, however it was never a problem to get these issues fixed or to get a change of rooms. Room temperature sometimes gets a bit cool in the night - depending on ones sleeping habits this might be a plus or a minus.

Breakfast was superb. By paying 13 euro we had huge breakfast. Really enjoyed it. Room: Although it was littlebit small for two person but manageable. But paying lower price the room was really good. One most important thing about the room service that satisfy us is that the hotel staff used to clean the room everyday which is really really appreciating. we cannot imagine this. Bathroom: Good enough with exhaust. Toilet paper was there. Liquid soap also. Location: Very near (maximum 300 mt) to the Augsburg hbf. No need of public transport. I will recommend everybody to stay in this property. Instead of paying high hotel price in Munich, better you stay in Augsburg. It is only 40 min away from Munich. If you want to see the Bavaria region of Germany you better stay in Augsburg rather than Munich to save your money. From Augsburg also you have the connection to Fussen (for Neuschweinstein castle) and Garmisch (for Zugspitze).

Excellent location, both near the main train station and the Königsplatz, a major central traffic hub. The McD at the station has open until 1am, there are numerous restaurants and bakeries nearby. The rooms are clean, there is a 24h friendly front desk.

There is some sound leakage through the doors from the corridor, which - depending on the neighbours and one's sleeping habits - might bother some people. The LED lighting fixtures above the desk and near the doors emanate a loud buzzing sound, which is quite annoying, so I used the bedside lamps, which were quite. The rooms are on the cold side (April/Mai), which was too cold for me, but might me alright to colder sleeper.

The staff very friendly. I was so happy to meet a Thai staff there. She was a joy. The location was very near the station, very convenient.

Although the inside of the hotel was clean, but the entrance to the hotel was dirty, with lots of cigarrett butts . Men standing at entrance and smoked cigarettes. If the entrace is clean with no smoking, I would rate the hotel 10/10.

Breakfast was very good. I liked this hotel best because of its location so close to the train station, it was very clean, the room very comfortable and the staff very responsive. The hotel is very affordable.

The bathroom was very small.

The reception staff were phenomenal! They could answer every query! Nothing was too much trouble! the space in the room was extremely well utilized, the bathroom was cleverly designed. The breakfasts were excellent- everything you can imagine was available!

The rooms being too hot but they supplied us with a fan!

Location - very close to the main station, you can walk from there within 10 mins. Staff - very welcoming and very helpful, I could check in even though it wasn't the check-in time. Room - was spotlessly clean and quiet!

Size of room is a little small. Breakfast was OK but not fantastic. Bathroom window has no curtain, hence I had to use a towel to cover it.
