Quadruple room had separate room for children. Room was clean and spacious. Location was convenient and just a short walk to old town. Breakfast was quite good except for the very hard boiled eggs. Beautiful flowers in front of the property was a nice touch! On day 2 we discovered there is a soda machine in the kitchen that provides water with bubbles so we filled our water bottles up for the road!

Can hear noises from above. Sometimes sounds like furniture was being moved. Wish we had a water boiler in the room.

Very pleasant hotel located in a quiet neighborhood next to the historic city center. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. What I especially loved was the breakfast - a great variety of breads, meats, eggs, cheeses, vegetables, fruit and cake to choose from, everything fresh and delicious. The coffee was great too, and the availability of cold mineral water and hot boiling water together with a collection of teabags and instant coffee was a nice touch, one could get an apple and hot drink for free any time during the day or night. The staff was very friendly, though available only during the mornings. However, we had no problems checking in using the entry code provided by the staff, and finding the room and key was super easy. Perfect value for money! This was my second stay in this hotel, and both me and my colleagues are very satisfied and would recommend to anyone.

For us all was great. People may not like the fact that the reception is not open all day (only in the mornings), the room was a bit cold at times. The rooms are not cleaned every day due to unavailability of staff and to cut down on costs, but we did not mind this at all. The towels could be larger and thicker. However, these are all very minor issues, more than compensated for by the low price of the hotel. Quiel location, breakfast and free coffee were far more important to us. than daily cleaning

When it’s hot, you kind of miss the airconditioning. Also the Parking is not ideal. But all the other things (great room/bed and very nice breakfast), make’s up for all that

The room was large, clean, and exactly what we needed. Our older teenage daughter had her own room and privacy, but still connected to ours which was nice. The bathroom was very nice and the tub was big enough for my 6'1 fiance to be able to fit into with his legs straight. The breakfast every morning was great! They have beer and wine for purchase at very reasonable prices. The location was close enough to town to make it a short walk in the cold/ snow, but not so close that we were bothered by any street or pedestrian noise.

Staff were only at the desk during breakfast. Questions thought of later in the day or issues that arose later had to wait until the next morning.

Check in was easy even though we arrived late. The room was lovely, bathroom was roomy and clean. The location is close enough to town that you can walk without having to manage the drama of old town parking and navigating streets in the car. The breakfast was fantastic. Definitely would recommend.

Nothing it was great

The breakfast was very good. A lot of choices, a lot of fruits. They even had raspberries and blueberries what I've never seen in any other hotel. Location is good. Quite but walking distance to the old town. The room was comfortable and clean.

The rooms are not soundproof. You hear people from other rooms and the hallways.

The room was clean and comfy. Breakfast was very good. We had a top-floor room so the skylights were pretty cool. Just a nice reliable stop on our trip through Germany.

Parking was a little pricey. Location was further from the historic old town than we'd like but overall no major complaints. No elevator either which made the load in a little tough but that's to be expected in older buildings.

Excellent location within easy walking distance of town centre, good choice for breakfast. Shower room was lovely, very comfortable, spacious rooms, clean. Wifi was excellent. Didn't really see all the staff, but the occasional staff at breakfast was very friendly. Great Italien restaurant within minutes of the hotel - Toscanino

Coffee machine at breakfast was not adequate for the number of guests. Coffee just dripping through, taking a very long time. Weather was fantastic and if Bamberg continues to see that level of heat they need to consider putting in Air-Con. Perhaps consider 3 hours breakfast slot, and fill breads, croissants and fruit more regularly.

Very nice decorated ,room very clean ,quiet area ,walkable to old town and tourist attractions. Good Breakast.

Couldn't contact the property outside of opening time ( nobody answer phone or messages) No electric kettle in guest room.

The hotel is close to the centre and you can reach the places to visit in 10 minutes on foot. You can walk from the railway station to the hotel in 15-20 minutes. The room was quite large, comfortable for a family of 4 people. The breakfast was quite nice and rich.
