Location, breakfast, sound proofed from the passing trains.

1. Electrical outlets poorly located: both 20 centimeters from the floor, with 1 being between the toilet & wash area and the other between the bed & shower. 2. No ice is available. If there is no ice, you should have a mini fridge available. 3. There is no place to put suitcase. 4. Front desk unable to provide information to rental bikes. They actually sent me to the bahnhof bike parkhaus. You should consider having available and renting bikes.

Hotel is very good located, close to Main Railway Station and just 20 minutes walk from old Town. Big plus for parking with a price just 8 euros per night. We could stay after check out till the afternoon. Good hotel for 1-2 nights.

We stayed just one night and everything was good. Only one tip that for breakfast (additional 10 Euros) could be a bit more choice like scramble eggs and some other "warm" possibility.

The rooms are clean and adequate for a short stay. There is a good sized parking lot attached to the property which was quite convenient. Once you park your car, it is easy to access downtown on foot or with a bus. The rooms were small, but there is a comfortable sitting area in the lobby if you are traveling in a larger group and want a place to gather together.

The rooms don't have much extra room for luggage. We were caught in a downpour and ran out of space to hang up clothes to dry. Bamberg offers so much to see, you probably won't want to spend much room in your hotel room anyway.

I cannot say thank enough to Ramos, the lady at the reception counter, who came from Spain and has the same birthday as me. She is lovely and very accommodating. She allowed me to check in at 10am and stayed in the room for an an hour after I checked out (and missed my train). Thanks for your excellent customer services. The hotel is well located, right next to the train station.

Bed was not comfortable

Good location at the train station. Spotlessly clean and modern but very, very basic. Wifi was good and fast. Luggage storage was easy. Soundproofing on the windows was excellent so you can't hear the noise of the trains/traffic unless you have the window open.

Toilet was a bit prison-like but it did the job. Sink had no plug to keep the water in so it was hard to shave. Vending machines only took cash. About half an hour walk to the old town (most tourist attractions).

Fab location to both the train station and the centre of the old town of Bamberg. Friendly staff. Maps of the town provided at the front desk. Loved the complementary water for being an eco warrior… we did not need fresh towels and cleaning done every day.

The remote control for the tv was faulty so would not switch off. Not an issue for us to be honest as we were not there to watch tv.

Nice location next to railway station, small but cozy room. Absolutely ideal for a 1-2 nights in Bamberg. It's about 20m walk to the old town. Very kind personal.

Could be a bit small for 2 persons, but if you need just a place to sleep, it's ideal. You might be surprised that there is no regular bathroom, just sink and shover in one room. But no big issue. It's budget anyway.

It was a good location for a one night stopover with the motorbike. The bed was comfortable. Otherwise, nothing special.. it's an ibis budget, so you don't complain about things you cannot expect, right? 🙂

I missed the hair dryer. The breakfast options were poor.

Great location so close to the station, we were able to drop our packs & walk into town. There was train noise at night but it was nice to hear. Friendly, helpful staff. Excellent breakfast. Comfortable room.

Very close to the train station. Good windows - the noise was barely audible at night. You can say you don't wat your room cleaned which I always appreciate.

The room was really tiny. Can't imagine sleeping there with two more people (double bed + bunk).
