Spectacularly located lovely hotel with amazing views. Staff and service were exceptional. Bed (Haestens) incredibly comfortable. Cosy, warm and inviting. Delicious food with a great variety The Spa facilities and services were wonderful (excellent full body massage) The wellness facilities are excellent - especially the panorama sauna with the amazing views and the outdoor heated swimming pool and relaxing area. Free electric car charging at the back of the hotel! Highly recommend this wonderful place.

I was traveling solo, and had a single room. The put me on an "allocated table" for my dinners, and it was tucked all the way at the back, making me feel even more "solo".

All the staff was really lovely and kind! They were outstanding at all times! In addition to that, the hotel is beautiful. All the facilities sugest you to have a good time and relax! The small details make a big difference! We just loved everything! I really recomend it, if you want to have a relaxing time. Not very good for loud groups, since it's a quiet environment. And can't forget about the food! Delicious and amazing breakfast!

Maybe the internal pool could be a bit warmer (the water, not the place). And the menu at dinner, have the name of the food also in English. But honestly, that's very minor, and it didn't make our stay less perfect!

This was by far the nicest hotel that my husband and I have ever stayed in. The staff was so friendly and wonderful and I think we were the only English speaking guests there and they always went above and beyond to make sure we had what we needed and all spoke English to accommodate us. The views from the entire hotel are stunning, pictures Just don't do it justice. There is so much to do close by with rental car and short hikes within the town. The food was unbelievable. A huge buffet for breakfast and dinner that changes all the time and is fresh, natural and some of the best meals that we had in Germany. There are so many little amenities and touches that make this just the most relaxing, beautiful place to be and if we ever came back to this area we would 100% stay again!

The only complaint that we had is that our room was super hot which made sleeping difficult. Not sure if it was just the location of our room or if heat had turned on cuz it had been cold a few days prior but then warmed up. We tried to adjust in our room but it still remained very warm.

It really is the most beautiful hotel in a stunning location. All of the faciliites were lovely in particular the outside swimming pool and I very much appreciated the indoor pool being open 24 hours. Potentially the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in and I felt incredibly rested after my stay. Some really thoughtful small touches such as wine/champagne at reception for guests and coffee in the morning to take with you as you start your day. I also loved the gift of a loaf of sourdough at the end of my trip - a very nice touch. The staff were so friendly and went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable. Can't fault anything about my trip at all.

This was, by far, the most extraordinary stay I've ever experienced. The beautiful grounds, the exceptional staff, the wonderful meals all impressed me. I was a bit skeptical when I researched the location, but I found that it, too, was perfect. The hillside site provided a great view of the town and the surrounding valley and mountains. The bus stop was convenient, too. I used the bus to access 4 different hiking destinations in Berchtesgaden National Park. That was a perfect holiday that left me feeling happy and relaxed. This hotel has so much to be proud of - excellent food, great wellness, a perfect position, and professional staff. Breakfasts and dinners were a top-class, the afternoon snacks also provided a great choice for hungry hikers. The wellness area is stylishly and comfortably equipped. An extra bonus were a lot of accessories for our dog - a dog pillow, bowl, snack and even more welcoming surprises made this stay unforgettable. Many thanks.

at the dinner you can’t help yourself with the food, but there is a guy who decides how big portion you get from the food, telling him what you’d like to taste. Never experienced similar. Our room was a little bit too cold for us- it was around the corner so maybe this was the reason. But couldn’t manage to find how we can heat more in the room. No A/C. Unfortunately we didn’t like the bed which was advertized so much at the check-in, it was way too soft, but we slept well.

Firealarm at 2 in the morning (false alarm) - no real apology. the matrass was horrible - extremely soft, to the point that you could almost not turn around. it was also a bit cold in the room despite the radiator being on. the bathtub was so high, if you are not very mobile anymore, it is almost impossible to get in and out. They offer oat milk for the coffee, but it is the sweetened oat drink - capucchino tasted horrible. generally, the coffee was not amazing.

Breakfast was great, room was fantastic and staff very helpful.

Paid for a rucksack picnic lunch to take on our ride in the country however it was mostly inedible and we threw it away. It was expensive for what we received so be mindful. A more cheeky person might have helped themselves to a bit extra breakfast to take away instead!

This resort is PHENOMENAL!!! We rented a car and stayed in a bunch of different cities, ending the trip here in Ramsau. That was the perfect decision. It is the ideal mountain resort with the most surreal panoramic views throughout the entire compound. Don’t expect the standard town experience with tons of walking around and exploring because it is an all-inclusive setup, but that’s what made it the perfect cap to the trip. It was beyond relaxing and every aspect of it exceeded our expectations. You get the ritzy spa experience in the most beautiful setting imaginable but without the pretentious vibe and ridiculous cost. The staff was amazing, all of the guests were really nice and pleasant to talk to (except for the lesbians doing laps in the splash pool every day at 4pm during peak pool hours) and the weather was immaculate. We are from colorado so this was better than any beach getaway. You can lay out in the mountain sun with pristine views, and I highly recommend renting a car to come here so you can check out the beautiful alpine lake nearby (Königssee) and make a day trip to Salzburg for shopping and food. Speaking of food, this was the best eating of the entire trip! It is all setup as a self-service buffet, but even the entrees have a fantastic variety and everything is five-star quality, so by no means is it a typical buffet. Khalid and Marc were our servers most days and they were happy, hardworking, and fun to talk to. Additionally, the beds were the most comfortable beds we’ve ever stayed in, and the rooms were gorgeous. It is worth splurging on the deluxe room for the views you get, as we stayed in a standard double initially, then upgraded after the first night.

It sucks that they don’t reserve extra space for guests for the spa and I would recommend booking ahead if you plan to use the spa during your stay. Additionally, there was one brunette server that was very unpleasant to deal with and clearly hated working with guests as she was visibly unhappy and rude (not the one with the braces, she was wonderful).
