Very clean. Helpful staff

The rooms were clean and generally comfortable. We appreciated having water to drink in the room. The breakfast was very good.

No clerk at the desk when we arrived. Had a difficult time parking and then finding our rooms. The rooms could have had better lighting. Beds were OK but not real comfortable.

The location is excellent! Excellent staff. Great breakfast. Love having an elevator. Ease of access from the parking lot. No extra charge for parking. Great views from balcony!

Room was tight to put luggage for 2 people. Shower was very small and door didn't close well and made a mess on the floor. Busy highway nearby kept constant noise up. No air conditioner or fan caused us to have to leave door open which also let in the road noise.

We found this location because I was looking for a place centralized to many different activities. What we found exceeded my expectations. The staff members were kind and told us about different places to visit. The room provided ample space to spread out and had a beautiful view of the mountains. Food options are right outside or a short walk down the street for groceries. The hotel provides a variety of food options at breakfast, all of which are fantastic. There is plenty of parking available. I had already planned on coming back to the area to hike the lake south of Berchtesgaden. This is the location we will stay at.

With the window open during the day you can hear a lot of noise from vehicles traveling down the street. However, at 2000 virtually all activity stops and it becomes very peaceful. This is only an issue if you plan on spending the entire day in the room.

This was one of the best properties we stayed at on our Germany/Austrian vacation in September, 2022. Wonderful staff, very clean everywhere, well decorated and appointed rooms and very comfortable bed. Breakfast was also fantastic with a wide assortment of traditional Bavarian meats, cheeses, breads, and eggs, bacon, ham, etc. Also had cereals. The restaurant next door serves excellent Bavarian/Austrian food. Each meal is very large and an excellent value. Excellent parking right in front of the hotel. Very close to the KoenigSee which is worth going to. Make sure you do the short walk to the left about 10 minutes to see the view of the entire lake with the mountains in the background. We did not do the boat tour this time as we did it in a previous trip.

Absolutely nothing. Everything was in order.

Our group felt the breakfast and nicely set up dining area were top notch. The location was also convenient for our travel needs allowing us easy access to transportation. We also liked that just a few feet out the door was a local tavern with excellent food. The room more than had space for the 5 of us.

We got a free upgrade from the family-room to the apartment. This was very spacious and we had a balcony. In general it was a clean and spacious. The breakfast was well taken care off, it was full off options.

In our room there was a lack of curtains (by the round window) to black out the room. The bathroom was perfectly fine, but there wasn’t a proper shower, only a bath.

Lovely welcome. Great breakfast. Request for fan attended to right away. Guest card explained & helped me to download. Good size room.

If we stayed again we'd ask for a room away from the traffic. Road very noisy & we really needed to keep the window open

super close to the train and bus stations to brechtesgaden, very friendly receptionists, knew good english, helped us with finding different services around the town, great breakfast, very clean and comfortable, close to a great restaurant and they even upgraded us (a couple) to a quiet family room with an amazing view!

A little bit expensive then we expected but it was an amazing stay

Lovely hotel near Bertchesgaden. We were traveling with 11 people and the hotel graciously gave us 2 family rooms. It had been quite hot during our time and the rooms were warm when we went to bed. But it cooled off during the night. The receptionist was very helpful and suggested a place for dinner. We loved staying in this quaint mountain hotel.
