We loved our room and we found it very cozy. The beds were comfy and the heating worked excellently, which to me mattered a lot since I am usually the person who needs some more degrees in the room to feel comfortable. Also there are tram stations very close which we used daily and the S-Bahn is 10-11 minutes away. Additionally there are plenty of cute restaurants around plus grocery shops like Lidl/Rewe.

We would have liked the personnel to be more warm :). Also the access to our room was not very clear from the beginning and we wasted a few good minutes while looking for it as we thought it's upstairs and until we managed to contact someone from the reception.

this location is exellent because you have everything near! its a 3 stop from Alexanerplatz if you are using U2 train.i liked that hotel was isolated and there was no noise in the garden. staff was very understandeble ,room was cozy and bright :) this was not my first time for traveling berlin and I feel sorry that i didn't find this place,before.. if you like comfort and feel like you are at home this is right place

Breakfast was good, flexible hours, lots of choice. Location - although off two busy roads - very quiet. The blackbird woke me up in the morning. Good size room. Access to several means of public transport. Friendly staff.

The entrance from the street gave the impression of entering a mid-20th century hotel. Parts of the hotel where older indeed, but they're in the process of renovating room by room. My bathroom was recently renewed! The carpet was worn and the curtains where too small to keep out the daylight early in the morning.

The location is excellent, a tram stop for going to the centre is right there, and a U+S Bahn stop is also close. The room was small, but that was already seen from the photos. The room was quiet as the hotel was in an inner courtyard. The personnel was nice, and everything was nice.

The lighting in the room could be better

It was a very simple but cozy and quiet room that had everything needed (I had a room with an ensuite bathroom/shower). It's a bit like a hostel but you have your own room. If you are only looking to sleep there for a few nights it's absolutely enough and a good price for what you get. Didn't have any breakfast or other things, so can't comment on that. Would go there again.

Nothing in particular, but be aware it's really on the simple side, nothing fancy, no keycards but physical keys, etc.

The room was fine. However we dropped luggage before room was ready so receptionist said he would put the luggage in the room which they did not do. They put in an unlocked room where everybody could have access to. We had to call to find out. This was really pretty bad.

Had everything I need, quiet oasis in the middle of a busy city as it's in the 2nd backyard. Booked a single room but got a double for the same price, quiet sleep, heating worked well, friendly staff who was able to fulfill all my requests (eg delayed check out, leaving suitcase for few hours, extra towel etc) and very good continental breakfast

Had to let the shower run for ages (15+ mins) before there was warm water

Clean rooms, comfortable beds, black out curtains and excellent use of the space. Small room, but it had everything you could need inside.

Paper thin walls so you can hear all of the conversation and the tv next door to you. Ideally would include a small kettle and mugs. Also a lift or assistance with luggage (I stayed on the 4th floor and had to carry the suitcase up without assistance).

The location was excellent at the heart of Prenzlauer Berg. Lots of restaurants, bars and cafés nearby. Our room was ok and looked the same as in the pictures. Breakfast buffet was quite nice for a hotel at this price range. All in all really good value for money.

Pillows weren’t very comfy, but that seems to be a common issue in German hotels. :)

Great location, very well connected with travel hubs and main city points. Despite very busy street, really quiet location in the inner courtyard. Room had everyrhing I needed with quite new furniture and the linen and towels smelled nice.

As I arrived really early in the morning, there was no chance of sn esrly checkin. Had to wait till 3 pm. And the windows in the room are quite worn out and windy. Could be replaced.
