The shower was amazing, the water pressure was great and it could go from a nice cold shower to a steaming hot one by simply turning the handle. The beds were very comfortable and had plenty of extra room should you be taller or bigger than myself. The hotel is in a very good position as it is very close to the public transport which you can use to get all over the city with ease.

Only thing I would have liked was an extra few towels. Me and my friend were out all day every day while we were there and even done a trip out to the lake so having an extra set of towels would have been just a nice quality of life thing

The room is large, tidy, and comfortable. The hotel is also near the city train station and not too far from where I needed to be, so that was an advantage.

Price is too high. I understand that Berlin is pricy at this period, however, this does not justify a five-star hotel price for this hotel.

The hotel was located near to the public transport, it was easy to go to the center of Berlin. It is also easy to go from the airport to the hotel The room was clean and quiet. The price was cheap compare to the other hotel near to the center, and we had a good stay.

The TV did not work, maybe the hotel could consider to have an access to Netflix on their TV. The wifi is not working so well but it was not an issue for us. We had some issue to be understood for the check-in but everything has been dealt good.

The staff is very friendly and the breakfast was delicious. I'd probably come back here again, even if it was just for the breakfast. Come try the croissants!!

The beds could have been a bit more comfortable, but I wasn't really expecting any luxuries. It was very reasonable given the price.

The elevator does not work throughout the night so one needs to use the staircase if they must exit or enter the building during that time. I can understand that this may be for saving costs, but consideration should also be given for guests who are disabled and/or injured.

reviews lie. this place is TOP quality. renovated, everything in order, very pleasant and comfortable. I liked the peace, design, and staff of this hotel. for the money payed and what I got in return, all I can say is I'm satisfied. no noisy neighbors, no thefts, no bad vibes

It was a simple room, but very clean and comfortable. Excellent value at the last minute.

The advertised 'inner hof' wasn't exactly inner (unlike some other rooms), but it was away from the main road at least. Having to pay a key deposit felt weird and suspicious, and made check-out take too long.

Austere, large, very clean room in an old house. Thick walls - very quiet. No A/C, but a large window opening onto a quiet courtyard. Nice part of town, full of young families, but a block from S-Bahn and a short train ride to Alexanderplatz.

Everything was as expected.

Location. Perfect for visit to the German-Russia museum. And near S-Bahn. Karlshorst is a good base for Berlin surroundings.

Extra charges. When i booked the room I had informed my arrival was late. At 22.30 and no objections. On the day of my arrival I Called in advance and was told to pay extra 15 Euros! Thats not fair.

The location was close to S-bahn (4 minutes). Also it was close to the zoo (tierpark). The room was very big and spacious.

The room was cold at first then I turned on the heater and it became very warm. I can't say anything else, it was good. I would stay longer than 1 night if I knew it was nice.
