Lovely staff - very helpfull and friendly.

The entrance is very very dark at night - it doesn't look safe. As it's at the end of a dark ally, there was a strong smell of urine and leftovers from a homeless guy. Before having the card to access the building no one responded to the intercomm, but luckly a guest arrived to let us enter. Saw that happening to other guests arriving to the hotel.

absolutely fantastic staff, very attentive to your needs and very pleasant, always smiling and politely communicating. best locations in the area, right on the top of trading center with 2 supermarkets and lots of cafes. right next to the metro station. at the same time it’s very quiet there at night. you can easily buy frozen pizza or lunch and ask receptionist to warm it up for you. also free drinks for skipping cleaning is a good idea. it’s one free drink per person in the room, so 2 coffees or soft drinks were provided to us when we skipped the room service.

the rooms are small, but cosy, not for everyone. also cleaning staff was a bit noisy in the morning, as they were talking to each other pretty loud. also for some reason if you want to skip the cleaning and put the right tag for that on your door cleaning staff for some reason opens the door and leaves a token for free drinks on the floor, however they could simply slide it under the door (there is a small gap), so you either get a free drink or you don’t get disturb not both - this is something that can be addressed to the staff and easily fixed

We stayed in this Hotel several times over the past years - so we know what to expect and never got disappointed :) Stylish reception/bar area, nice and clean rooms, friendly staff and cheap parking just below the Hotel in the parking garage. Perfect location to get around in Berlin for Buisness or Private - a lot is within walking distance and if you´re lazy or in a hurry, just jump on a tram at "Frankfurter Allee" tram station next door. If you need some stuff, a big Shopping Mall "Ring Center" is literally the same building and "more than next door" :) Only point to even make it better: mini fridges / a minibar in the rooms - that would be perfect, especially in Summertime and if you stay longer than a night or two ;)

I can highly recommend this amazing place for a short stay in Berlin. We arrived earlier and were going to just sit in the lobby and work with laptops but the very friendly guy at the front desk offered to check us in early free of charge. The U-Bahn (Subway) is only a 1-minute walk from the hotel. There are also a lot of small takeaway places around the hotel where you can enjoy either Asian, Turkish, or European food. The rooms are sparkling clean, cozy, and air-conditioned (which is quite rare in Germany). The price is a bit high but what can one expect from the central part of Berlin?

This hotel is definitely one of the best options in terms of value for money if you're driving to Berlin with your own car. Parking only costs 3 € per day. Literally hundreds of spots available in the covered parking garage with the hotel lobby being a few steps and an elevator ride away. Additionally, all public transport options (U-Bahn, S-Bahn, Bus) are available within mere minutes from the property. Truly excellent in terms of accessibility and location. Plenty of restaurants, cafes and grocery stores nearby as well. Staff are nice and the building is very modern, clean and comfortable. Our room was well equipped. AC worked great, always kept the temperature at optimum and wasn't too loud. Sound isolation seemed to be a strong point as well. Breakfast was decent. The fact that it's available until 11am on weekends was great. Each day we chose not to get our room cleaned earned us a coupon for 2 free drinks at the hotel bar, which was fantastic! All in all had a very positive experience and will certainly be back and recommend it to others.

The room felt quite cramped. An extra sqm or two would have helped immensely. A mini fridge in the room also would have been a great addition. The ventilation unit in the bathroom of our room was quite loud and not effective at all. A quick glance at it showed that a filter change was way overdue. While the breakfast was certainly not scanty, the warm options seem to be a bit weak. Felt like some staples were missing.

Perfect location - close to the U/S bahn station with immediate connections to anywhere in Berlin. Love the positive motivation for skipping the room cleaning - both eco-friendly and guest-friendly! :) Kind, friendly and super efficient staff. Funky and so-Berlin interior design!

Some rooms (like mine) facing the station can get rather noisy as the trains start operating at 4 am. :) If you are sensitive to noise, get a room facing other direction. They are a bit under-staffed - but have to give it to the guys at the reception and the bar, doing the magic! :)

Modern, clean room, well soundproofed. Once you know how to get there by car, it's very convenient - parking is only €3 per day. Also, this is one of the hotels that is right outside the city's "low emission zone" so it's possible to get to it without entering the zone if your car doesn't meet the requirements. And it's right next to a metro stop and shopping center.

Breakfast was ok but could have slightly better quality meat and cheese, this is the standard stuff but nothing special.

When I found the entrance to the hotel which was tucked back into a corner at the S+U Frankfurter Allee stations, I was a bit skeptical but this hotel is a real jewel. Location was GREAT and everything went well. I especially liked the fact that you could choose not to have your room cleaned for up to 5 days and receive a token for a free drink at their bar in return. I don't need fresh sheets and towels every day. Room was quiet. Everything was perfect.

I had no issues with this hotel. If I return to Berlin, I will definitely stay here again!

- Parking price - Location on the edge of the low emission zone (you don't need a sticker on your car) - 1 minute walk to public transport stops - Quite clean room

- Lack of communication and answering our questions prior to check-in - Very poor breakfast buffet especially if you're not into bread-and-ham sandwiches: almost zero vegetables&fruites, one type of yogurt, one option of pastry etc but three types of ham - The room space is quite limited, the bed takes most of it but it's still not huge

It is a dogs' friendly hotel, which was very important for me while travelling with my dog. It is very close to the metro and to places to eat and just next to the mall. The room was small but very quiet and it had comfortable bed. The whole hotel is quite new and very cool. There is possibility to buy snacks or drinks all day long. There is also free breakfast which was a nice surprise for me. The staff very friendly and helpful.

I would prefer to have a possibility to make a tea in the room although there was an option to buy it from the reception. No other issues in my case.
