It's the best place for youth to stay. Lots of students were met there. Not so close to the centre but has enough transport around.

The USB port near the bed didn't work at all, same about others. So, it was impossible to charge a tablet at night without leaving it somewhere far from owner. It woul be great if you fix it next time, because the most important things for a tourist are wi-fi, charging and a shower. :)

The room was clean and pleasant. The windows allowed for good ventilation. There is a locker for everyone in the room and if you have a padlock you can lock your belongings in it. Each bed has 2 USB ports and a night light. The building has an elevator, which makes it easier to move to the high floors. Check-in is fast and hassle-free, and check-out is even faster. You enter the building and the room with a card that allows you to open only those doors to which you have access. The place feels pretty safe. I would come back here again!

Staying in a hostel always depends on the other people you share the room with. For most of my stay, I had roommates with guys who didn't come back to the hostel all night. It made my sleep here quite pleasant. During the day they threw a lot of toilet paper in the toilet, but after you turn on the water it doesn't make any impression and you enjoy a peaceful sleep. The first night I thought I would be alone in the room, but someone came to check in at 03 in the night and it interrupted my sleep. However, these are not things that the hostel can change. When you've paid for a room with four people you're expected to accommodate all their habits. In that sense, everything related to the hostel itself was trouble-free.

The room was bigger than expected. Very clean and quiet. It was nice with a TV in the room, even though I could've wished for a few channels in English. Very central location with the tram nearby. We were overall very happy with our stay, and would definitely stay there again!

We had a bit of trouble with finding the room. We had to go and ask the receptionist multiple times for directions. It was a bit confusing with the different entrances, but in the end, we figured it out.

I was on the ground level and felt safe as a solid female traveler. the location is in the best area for all of the food, grocery stores, little markets, so many several restaurants all over as well! The room boasted sleeping 5. please do not do this to yourself or your company lol the couches are a great secondary plan if need be, but half of our party needed getting another hotel all together. Two bathrooms were lovely, hot water was abundant, once we sorted the washer it was very cool to have. the balcony was absolutely brilliant! we had one little issue, but it was solved quickly! Pro tip: do not toss your luggage on the bed or lay down too forcefully as the frames aren’t meant to hold much other than a non-moving body as one sleeps.

an hdmi connection would be nice for folks out of the country & clear rules of operating the clothes washer would be helpful.

I appreciate the following points. location: near to the Ostkreuz st. which has good an access to both to city center and the airport. backyard: my favorite place to do morning yoga and breakfast! frieandly staffs: most of them are really friendly and serve well.

the room was not clean enough because they do not seem to clean it up everyday. if you prioritize cleanliness, I don't recommend.

It’s only one stop from the airport. There was everything we expected - clean sheets, two towels for each of us, hairdryer, shampoo, hot water, the central heating was working…there are lots of restaurants and stores such as lidl in the area.

The windows are old but it’s something we could live with :)

The room felt modern and was really clean, the staff was quick to help us and the location let us experience the buzz of the city while still being able to grant quiet evenings.

The room was a little small (when we sat at the table my shoulders were touching the wall and the frame of the bed) but i‘d say it was fine for the money we spent.

Nice location close to the train station, which is very convenient if you have an early flight. Everything was ok.

I didn't like that you have to prepare the bed upon arrival. If you arrive late that's very annoying, for you and for the other people in the room too. Also, you cannot charge your phone from the bed. No lockers in the room.

This hostel is situated in the center of the urban area of the same name. The room is nice, all bedding and towels are white, fresh, and clean. There was a clean and modern repair. Room is tidy

If you need parking. you need to book it. And there are only a few places for cars here. It would be nice if there was a kettle and coffee/tea in the room, and drinking water.

Location was amazing, supermarket less than a minute down the road. Loads of shops and bars and close to a S bahn and RER station. Rooms spacious and beds comfortable. Surprisingly quiet for a hostel, no late night noise at all.

no channels on our tele. No air conditioning either so would recommend closing the curtains to keep the sun out
