The hotel was exceptionally clean, from the hallways and reception area to the rooms. All the room facilities were excellent and brand new. In addition to these great amenities, the staff were incredibly friendly and kind, both at the reception and in housekeeping.

The only possible drawback might be that the hotel is located approximately 1.5 kilometers from the nearest metro station. However, there is a bus stop conveniently located just 100 meters away. That said, the exceptional services and facilities provided by the hotel make this minor inconvenience easily forgivable.

Very nice accommodation in a quiet area near the metro and train. If you don't want to take the metro or train (about 10 minutes walk), you can use the bus that stops in the next street. There is a grocery store across the street open late.

The accommodation itself was clean, adequate, very quiet at night. The sofa bed in the living room was not very comfortable, but sufficient for the kids. We would have appreciated better kitchen equipment, at least one cutting knife and an extra plate and/or a bowl. A tea towel would also be good.

The hotel is modern, recently renovated. We were located in the hotel part of the building (there is also a hostel wing). Our apartment (two rooms + bathroom/toilet) was big enough for 4 people (two adults and two kids). The hotel staff was very helpful after our arrival. The location is in the walking distance to the U and S-Bahn station and also many stores and restaurants. The bonus is the free parking on the street (with many free spaces - maybe thanks to the school holidays).

Possibility of late check-in. Free parking (not private, so not sure if its always possible to find a space) on the street near the hotel. Clean rooms. Great supper and breakfast. There was an issue with the hot water. It suddenly stopped working in our room. We came to the reception and the staff was quite helpful. They tried to fix the issue, but as ot was late at night they could not get the specialist and I was provided access to another bathroom on our floor.

Really quiet neighbourhood, reasonably close to U-Bahn + S-Bahn, very friendly staff und clean room and bathroom. Didn't use the shower so cannot judge them, but everything else I saw was clean and modern.

The room was very small, containing only the double bed and a sink. TV was there but on the side, so hard to watch from the bed. However, for staying just a few nights and only for sleeping there, these weren't big problems for us.

Everything was perfect. Good location near bus stop and 10 minute walk to the train station. Spacious clean rooms. Comfortable bed. Good breakfast and in general good food and fair prices at the restaurant. The personnel are very polite and helpful. Definitely will choose this hotel again when back in Berlin

10 min from U/S ban. There are 3 supermarkets near: Rewe - 1min, Kaufland - 10min, Lidl - 16min. Super speed wifi, amazing, thanx a lot! Restaraunt on the 1 floor! Very nice!

Once apon a time another client open my room with his card. Rrrrrr!!! I dont like intruders!!!

Staff was very helpful, and the location is nice and close to S-bahn and U-bahn station. The hotel building looks very good both from inside and outside. Food in lobby was good and not expensive compared to other places in city. Overall the room was spacious enough for 4 people.

It was really comfortable and clean. Close to U-Bahn and S-Bahn, bakery and supermarket are also close.

No fridge, in my opinion at least bring some small fridge... TV is (not) smart but it doesnt have apps like youtube, twitch etc

Everything went excellent. The room/apartment and the hotel overall exceeded all expectations: comfortable mattresses, large beds + sofa, clean bed linen and towels. Modern design and furniture. Friendly staff and excellent service in the restaurant. Well done!
