Very nice hotel, super accessible location. Easy to walk to the nice restaurant spots and key visiting locations of Berlin. The street that the hotel was located was really quiet. Additionally, there’s a small but very nice cafe located in front of the hotel that we used quite often to work a bit in the morning before going out to visit the city. Staff super attentive and responsive to our questions/ queries and stored our suitcases as the check out time was earlier than our train leaving berlin.

We had a few issues with the room - clogged bathroom and some issues with the toilet. However, the staff were super responsive and came immediately to fix everything.

We were very drawn in by the room with the corner window, and as luck would have it, that would be the room we got! The room was spacious and very relaxing, with a natural wood floor, which adds to the quality. The aforementioned window had cushioned window sills, which is such a nice touch! Kreuzberg was very lush and colorful in Summer, which made it pleasant to walk around the district and look at it through the window The beds were on the harder side, but that is perfect for us. We loved them and have no complaints The staff were lovely and lively! They went out of their way to help us and fulfill any request we had There are plenty of shops around and public transport stops. During Summer, it's even possible to walk to the city center in about half an hour

Extremely comfortable beds, big rooms, small coffee machine and friendly receptionists..Great that the toilet room and bathroom are separated. Spacious shower cabin. Nice interior

SPA was closed without any information about it, and SPA was the reason we chose this hotel. Would be good for them to inform about it beforehand. In one of the rooms air conditioner wasn't working and in another room bed lights.were not working. Mold in the bathroom on rubber seals, foot towel had yellow stains.

The staff was so friendly and helpful. They went out of there way to help us. The breakfast had a lot of delicious options, with food for a variety of dietary needs. The room was the perfect size for the 3 of us, and the beds were comfortable. The sauna was absolutely lovely.

The location was bit father from public transportation than I expected, but there's nothing the hotel can do about that (about a 10 minute walk from the subway). I also wished there were larger towels available for the sauna, because it was hard to lay down on the towel. I would also love a few more fruits and veggies at breakfast (although everything was delicious)

Location was great, the rooms were clean and well kept but the highlight was the breakfast and the people who took care of us at the hotel . Being vegetarian, it’s always a question mark on whether we will get good food. But the breakfast didn’t just take care of that, it had options for vegan-gluten free meals as well. The lady at the diner was friendly and so warm , made the whole experience a great one for me and my family.

The rooms are very comfortable big and quiet. The staff are usually very helpful .

I took another room next to me for my daughter her husband and her baby. The hotel made the babies cot but didn’t put a mattress for the baby. Even after we notified them and complained! That meant that for two nights my daughter and her baby slept on the floor on a blanket.

Very comfy and clean room, spacious dining area for breakfast buffet, friendly and welcoming staff who did their best to get a room ready for one of us who was feeling a bit sick. Loved the orange cedarwood soap and shampoo. The packet of nuts to snack on and the heated towel drying rack were a pleasant surprise.

Basically everything was exceptional, so I'm nitpicking here: 1) It would've been nice if there was an area cars/taxis could pull into for pickups/dropoffs, instead of directly on the street filled with parked resident cars. This wasn't really an issue though, the street (though full) wasn't busy. 2) Only one elevator IIRC so it could take a little while going up/down, but there were really just so many great things about the hotel that outweighed these inconveniences.

Huge room, lovely toiletries. Area seemed residential not many things around in hour immediate surroundings but a 20 min walk gets you to checkpoint Charlie. Bed comfortable and hotel room clean.

I didn't check before travelling but no mini fridge in the room. We were traveling with a dog and needed to store her food but it's my own fault for not checking but at over 200 euro a night I expected one.

It was my first time in Berlin and there was a lot to do so we never had the time to eat breakfast on schedule but the food on offer was better than I expected. Room service was great (not for food/drink though), staff were very helpful and friendly at all times. Didn't have time to use the pool but it looked beautiful and clean. Sat out in the courtyard a few nights with a glass of wine and it was lovely and quiet, very relaxing. Nice location, not loud during the day and definitely not loud at night. Train station 5 minute walk away. So yeah, nothing else negative to contribute other than that there was no kettle and fridge in the room but can't fault the place anywhere else.

The hotel was comfortable and had a nice pool, as well as a good spa section. The pool had a steel bottom and had very clear water, which was cool to swim in. Decent breakfast as well. The staff were generally helpful. Good location close to cool bars and cafes.

Unfortunately, the pool was a few degrees too cold which meant I only used it once. Not very comfortable to be in. Also, for some strange reason, our room wasn't listed as being down for breakfast on our last day. The kitchen staff member was slightly rude about this, and my partner wasn't pleased about this.
