The staff were lovely and helpful Loved the gym Room was great

We arrived early exhausted but couldnt check in unless we paid extra! As the room was vacant thought this was unfair as other hotels have allowed early checkin for us!

The location was central, and the price we paid was very reasonable. I don't think you can expect a palace on those terms and the accommodation was probably at the basic end of things (think standard ibis) but was clean and very spacious. There was wardrobe and shelf space and emough hangers! It is just round the corner from Checkpoint Charlie, which is a 30 minute walk from the Brandenburg Gate. Public transport is good and there were buses and a UBahn stop within a minute or so. There was a little bio supermarket on the next block where you could sit in and have pastries and coffee, which was lovely. The area was much quieter than slap bang in the middle of things but always felt safe at all times of the day.

Everything was good. It's probably a hotel room for people who just want to sleep there, as it is no frills.

All the staffs are really nice and friendly. The hotel is at a really good location, close to U6 station, close to M29 bus stop, close to city center and lots of tourist attractions. Around hotel, there are lots of bakeries, an organic supermarket with good price. The room is clean. Staff cleans that every day. Since it is really warm these days. A fan is provided in a room. It works well. Really recommend it.

Little shower water can leak out when you take a shower. That is a bit annoying. I hope that can be improved in the future. Deposit is needed with creadit card, not debit card. If you don't carry credit card, 200euro cash is a must. But rememeber that is only deposit. When you check out, that will be returned.

Huge bathroom with a bath (though most of the other rooms seem only to have a shower). Very spacious. Excellent location, about a 5 minute walk from Checkpoint Charlie, if that. Great to have a fridge with a small freezer compartment, especially when we were travelling with 31°c heat. Nice bar, very aesthetic. Would definitely stay here again if we ever come back to Berlin.

Tv could have been a bit better - only one English channel (Sky news) and no access to Netflix, YouTube etc. Also, only have us 1 coffee pod each to make coffee, so a few more would have been nice, even if it was just satchets with a kettle.

Everyone mentions this, yet the company don’t take any action - a decent fan. Room was warm and sticky. Fans there are pretty useless and a brand never heard of. The room is just fine, but scuffed. A regular keeping on top of this would really help. The bar downstairs see,s just for effect. It’s only open if someone on reception sidles over to it. The photos look very nice,y lit. The lighting in real life is very dark in the common areas.

The location is great, everything was very nearby and it's only a couple of minutes walk to the closest bus stop and U train stop. There's a good variety of places to eat nearby, some great bakeries and a Lidl which was really handy! We went during quite a warm week but there was a fan in the wardrobe which helped keep things cooler. 24 hour reception desk was very handy as we arrived quite late, we were also allowed to leave our bags there even after we checked out which was really good as we had a whole day of exploring to do before our plane home.

If I was being very picky I'd say that the bedding was a bit too soft so I struggled to sleep a couple of nights and the lighting was a bit dark but not bad enough for me to not recommend it

The location near Checkpoint Charlie was great and within good walking/Ubahn distance to everything we wanted to see. We opted out of the breakfast but found a great bakery nearby. The room was small and somewhat dark but had a nice small balcony overlooking a small park. The staff was very friendly and always so helpful.

The room was quite hot when we arrived, but to be fair the temperatures were above normal the previous week. The bed was somewhat hard for us. The hotel is located behind another building, which was not clear from the listing, making it a little difficult to find.

Very helpful staff, comfortable room and enjoyed having a balcony and kitchenette. Close to good convenience store. Walking distance to Brandenburg Gate (25 mins) with plenty of restaurants and bars along the way. Also loved having access to a washing machine and dryer.

The actual location is a bit dead and lacking in atmosphere but you don’t have to walk far to find places so this is just mentioned as something to be aware of, not necessarily as a negative comment.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! It was comfortable and cozy, providing everything needed for a pleasant stay – a kettle, utensils, a comfy bed, and even paper towels in the bathroom. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the heating worked perfectly, ensuring a cozy atmosphere throughout my stay. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The location was also perfect, with all the main attractions within walking distance. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting the area!

There were not enough lamps near the bed

Very well located building - 5 mins from Checkpoint Charlie and close to public transport (but we walked to a lot of places). Supermarket across the street and a quiet neighborhood. Note that shops are closed on Sunday so we were a bit limited on the night we arrived but found somewhere to eat down the street (an Italian/pizza place on the way to Checkpoint Charlie - can't remember the name ). The room was well equipped with everything you could want. We were on the 9th floor with a balcony and a seating area. It was lovely and very clean The lady that greeted us when we arrived to store our luggage, and the same lady when we checked out was very welcoming.

Could have provided more than 2 coffee pods for a 2 person 4 night stay. Nothing to grumble about in reality.
