I recently stayed at the Novotel Berlin Am Tiergarten, and I have to say, it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. The building is super modern and stylish, which immediately gave off a great vibe as soon as I walked in. The lobby feels welcoming, and check-in was incredibly fast. The staff at the reception were available around the clock and were always friendly and helpful, which made a huge difference after a long day of travel. My room was spotless, and I appreciated the safe box where I could store my valuables. It’s little touches like that that make you feel more secure and at ease. But honestly, the best thing about the hotel for me was the location – just 20 meters from the S7 metro line! I loved how easy it was to get around, with Berlin Central Station only two stops away. It made exploring the city so convenient. Another bonus was having a Burger King just 50 meters away, perfect for when I was craving some fast food. Plus, there are two great bars right around the corner, which added a fun, social element to the stay. All in all, I’d definitely recommend this hotel. It ticked all the boxes for comfort, convenience, and service. If I find myself back in Berlin, I’ll definitely stay here again!

Clean, comfortable.

Only a few minor things: I thought breakfast was included. It was not. But that's not really their fault. I guess I confused the "booking" description. The dinner menu was not good. The vending machine was confusing - it did not give prices for specific items and just charged me 15€ for anything, partially refunding (to get to the correct item price) days later. This would be fine if it clearly explained this on the machine (maybe there was an explanation that I didn't see). The toilet being so far from the sink was a little weird. I want to wash my hands after using the toilet, without having to go for a walk through the room to get to the sink. So only minor things that don't really matter. Otherwise it was good.

I had a good stay at this hotel and felt comfortable throughout my visit. The room was spacious more than the average hotel room, what I've experienced in typical 3- or 4-star hotels. The cleanliness is similar to 5 stars, something I don’t find in 3-star hotels, but this 4-star property meets my expectations in every way. It's quiet and with a queen bed. The receptionist staff were friendly and welcoming, and the breakfast was good. Overall, I was satisfied with every aspect of my stay. The bathroom is very comfortable, featuring a spacious shower area and complimentary natural shampoo and shower gel. Highly recommended!

The only issue I encountered in the toilet was that the fan wasn't working. The key sometimes works properly, sometimes not. It took 5 minutes to open door.

Great location , you can very easily get from airport to the hotel by train changing at central train station, there are plenty of other options.The hotel is two minutes walk from Tiergarten station. So you can get by S7 anywhere in the city. The staff at the reception is nice and very helpful. Breakfast is great with good variety of food. You have also the minibar included in room rate that is refilled every day. Unfortunately we found out this just last day of our stay, so a note in the room will be welcomed. It was nice to have bathrobes and slippers. There is a summer garden closed to the hotel where we had a german dinner. Rewe is 10 min walk.

The only minor thing was that the lifts are quite small and sometimes the waiting time can be longer.

I was in this hotel twice, in this time also was ok. Clean and big room. Not noisy , and friendly staff. In the bar downstairs you can have a good coffee or beer. Good location and good city.

1. No water in the room 2. No slippers and dental kit 3. I need a help with my luggage (I have 3 big bags) , but giys on the reception , said that nobody cant help me and smile. 4. Elevator scaned card very low 5. No small night-light , because I was with a baby and at night i need to control her. It could be better, but Im not sure

Breakfast is two thumbs up. They have a wide varierty of choices to eat almost complete. The place is fantastic! The sbahn is two minutes walk from hotel that will give you easy access to travel around Berlin. The hotel is 20 minutes walk to the famous Tiergarten park. And a little 10minutes to visit the Charlottenburg palace. And there is burgerking 5minutes walk from Hotel 😊

The toilet is separated from the shower and handwash. So it is almost double work to be in tje toilet and wash your bum or hand afterwards.

This hotel was the perfect location for what we wanted to do, opposite the station with direct trains running constantly into the centre with 15-20 mins. We found ourselves popping back to the hotel for a freshen up before going out again as it was that convenient. Check in and check out was easy and the room was lovely and the cleanest hotel room I have seen for a long time. Staff seemed lovely from the brief interactions we did have.

Not a massive issues but lack of English tv channels on the TV as this is something nice to relax or while we got ready to go out - tried Apple screen share but buttons did not seem to work for this or the smart tv function. Petty dislike but all we can think off.

This is an amazing hotel and spotlessly clean, staff were friendly and helpful. The Bar was surpassingly cheap for a hotel bar too. The rooms were again spotless and clean very spacious too. Only criticism is that they do jot provide milk in the tea and coffee in the room. However there is a fridge so you can use milk from the local supermarket. This hotel is in a prime location right adjacent to the Tiergarten S Bhan station which is also only two stops away from Berlin Central and Berlin Zoo. Could not fault it at all would recommend highly.

Hotel's location was superb with easy access to public transport. There were numerous cafes, restaurants, and a shopping mall nearby, making dining and shopping incredibly convenient. The hotel's surroundings offered a vibrant and diverse experience, enhancing my stay. I thoroughly appreciated the panoramic view from my generously spacious room. Business center staff was responsive, flexible and cooperative to our requests

Reception and restaurant staff could be more friendly

Great location, well-sized room, fridge, bathtub. Vending machines allow you to grab something quick to eat at any time. Sauna and steam rooms are quite nice with solarium with a nice view. Gym looks great with modern equipment. There is an ironing room with everything necessary for those clothes wrinkled from travel.

Sauna opening hours are odd, working only in the afternoon and until 20:00 if I remember correctly. So quite hard to use it if you are sightseeing during the day. Normally these are open early morning so you can go before starting the day. Breakfast is very expensive, we decided to have it elsewhere or grab something from the vending machines.
