the hotel as always has great first class staff, they are kind are very open for help and making you feel like a special guest. Has good parking options and good location. The rooms are comfortable, the lobby bar is cool

I did leave a good score because I belive the hotel is still great but: 1- no water in the room 2- outside in the front there used to be heeters now there are none 3- the room is a bit outdated but still good - minus is the micro small TV in a sheraton... I visit this hotel since 8-9 years and first time I have noticed some minor set backs

We loved the spacious and bright room, the comfortable bed and the excellent and clean shower. The staff was welcoming and gave us excellent service.

The lobby and bar were in the entrance area and it was not pleasant to spend time there. Everything is very dark. There is no spa and the location is in an area a bit far from cafes and restaurants

The rooms are really spacious, the beds are comfortable and there is a coffee machine inside the room(free of charge) which we appreciated after a long day of traveling

The receptionist couldn't find my name and directly tell that I don't have a reservation(which I have of course) after I insist and show my ID he found the reservation. The location of the hotel is a little far from the center and Google Maps is not always giving the correct stops for public transportation(bus). The duvet was not clean.

The desk stuff were very kind, especially young trainees that were working there.

It was cold all over the hotel and no heating at all.

Great hotel, we had stayed at Grand Sheraton Krakow, so knew this would meet our expectations. Friendly check in staff, great room and a great breakfast buffet with so many choices. Nice food and drink all round a very good hotel to stay in Berlin. Fairly central also to other parts of Berlin.

Staffs were very friendly and helpful, they always sorted things out for me. The room and the bed were very comfortable. The area is pretty close to Tiergarten and is close to 100 bus, I can get to any attractions easily.

The breakfast had very little choice. It’s quite odd when the hotel housekeepers came at 3 PM to clean the room, it would be more convenient to come in the morning

The hotel was really comfortable.

Location was a bit far from center. I knew it and it didn't affect me much. But there were no cotton pads, cotton buds, sewing kit etc. that we can find in a hotel room. I used the ones I brought but they should have been included.

The room is big and bright. The desk is big and convenient. The bed is comfortable. Everything is clean.

The tap in the shower works a bit weird. It is impossible to charge MacBook at the desk since the charger is too big for the place where electrical socket is located.

Our room was really spacious and quiet, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Check in process was really smooth, and everything went well.

The listing included a tea/coffee maker, but we couldn't figure out how to make tea, which was a shame. Also we had a double bed but two single duvets, which was a bit unusual. No big complaints though.

Great view, clean

No slippers to walk in the room, no option to even buy a toothbrush and paste. The staff initially sent me to the wrong room. The room was not cleaned during the day even if I wasn’t present in the room.
