The outward appearance of the hotel was nice and the layout of the room was appealing.

The room was dusty, the mirror in the bathroom was full of cracks, I'd paid for a room upgrade but the couch was stained and the bedsheets had a hole in them, not really what you expect for €100 a night. Don't be deceived buly the pics of the rooms, had booked a deluxe room but it was more like a standard room with a couch squeezed in. I also purchased a late checkout upgrade but on returning to the room to freshen up and grab our bags we were locked out. In the evenings there were prostitutes on the street, a strip club a couple of doors down and a massive sex shop. Not a great area. The Quentin Boutique hotel is in a much nicer location.

•The automation of the room worked in a strange way.The A/C sometimes was working ,sometimes no ,with closed windows and correct target setpoint. •Housekeeping buttons are not connected online so you have to inform reception about room cleaning . • Lack of laundry service • Minibar only upon request. • Lack of in room F&B services • Last the reception ladies should be more responding to clients and welcoming ,instead of answering with one word .

Reception was nice and was easily spoke English, check-in was easy, great location, comfortable beds, breakfast was a decent value, Berlin was awesome!

The sink was goofy. It looked really cool but the sink blocked the handle when turning it on and, when turned all the way on, the water spilled out of the bowl. The shower was head was also clogged so the water kindof went in different directions. All I needed to do was run my fingers down each rubber spout head and that unclogged it and I had a great shower. These weren't dealbreakers and I'd definitely stay here again.

It looked great. There was huge mirror in the room.

I was scared because i read reviews and it was true that it was dirty a little bit. There was dirty curtain and pillow. There also bring us towels after we as we were already in the room. And there was no tissues which could be there. On the pictures was small travel size samooo and gel but there was only one attached to the shower Wall. And unfortunately there was pride festival on the street , so we didnt have how to get to the hotel because buses were not in operation. And it was mess on the street and really loud

Very nicely designed hotel on great location. The staff was very nice and helpful. The room is spacious as well as the bathroom and great shower. You have kettle and coffee machine in the room. Breakfast was great with a lot of varieties, including eggs, fruit, vegetables…

The internet can be sometimes a little slow, but that is only visible on TV in the room, so watching YouTube and Netflix requires sometimes to be stubborn. I didn’t have a problem on my phone.

The room was beautiful, the beds where comfortable, shower was nice and the bathroom also comfortable, the staff was really helpfull and kind we couldn't connect Netflix on the tv, the day after. Check-in was very quick and easy, which was nice since we arrived a bit late. And everything was nearby, like a 10 minute walk. At night it was very quiet and calm.

There was quite a lot of dust on the room, we asked for the room to be cleaned but the floor was not vacuumed and you could see a layer of dust laying on the nightstands.

The location is very good. Also, the design of the hotel and the rooms is very nice. The breakfast buffet was very diverse, with options for vegans and plant based milks. If you want your rooms to be cleaned you need to inform the check in desk each morning to do so. The bathroom design and amenities are great.

The drain in the shower worked poorly, so we could not shower long otherwise it would overflow the bathroom. But it is only the problem in our room and we accepted it and didn’t complain. I am sure that they would give us different room if we complained.

the room was spacious and clean. its location is really good too: you can reach the city center by foot or use a bus/train to come anywhere in 10-20 minutes. welcome drinks are included. painting are a bit creepy, but I personally liked it

some facilities are a bit shabby, but nothing serious. the breakfast is too average for 20 euros. also, I understand that there is no kitchen, but it would be nice to have at least a few plates or a knive

Large room and bathroom. Quiet hotel with no noise from the main road while in our room. Carpark nearby was handy as we were travelling by car and street parking is limited. Comfortable bed and pillows.

The shower is not fully closed in with a door or curtain and didnt drain well, so when the shower was set on anything more than a low setting, water flooded into the rest of the bathroom. We had to ask for more towels to leave on the floor along the shower entrance to avoid the flooding. The room was meant to include tea and coffee making facilities but there was only a kettle with tea bags. We asked for some coffee at the front desk on our first night there but never received it. The next morning we asked again at the front desk but had to find someone from housekeeping ourselves. The housekeeping lady was lovely and brought some coffee pods to our room but we didn't have a coffee pod machine so she then went to find one for us. Just a little unorganised.

I got a spacious room and bed was comfortable. I slept well. Liked that there was a kettle and cups. Good noise cancellation Front desk was helpful

-Refrigerator did not work and the person who was supposed to come and fix it did not come. After a few days it was resolved but some of my food was spoiled as a result -Wish there was a better nightlight -Some construction during the day outside but that's to be expected in Berlin everywhere. Good noise cancellation if you close the windows -Some photos were a bit creepy -Some stains on the couch but it's fine
