Very clean, tidy and well presented. This was the best 3 star hotel I’ve ever stayed in. My room was very comfortable which included hot drink making facilities and a small sofa. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

The only slight drawback for me was the location. It is a 15 to 20 minute walk to the centre of Dresden, and as I don’t know the area that well, I felt that if I needed anything I would have to go to the centre. There wasn’t any obvious convenience store nearby. On the other hand, it’s location is situated next to the Dresden Mitte Bahnhof which made it very easy to get to and from the airport.

It's right next to the trains which were very loud when we had the windows opened. I wondered how noisy this would be at night, but they sure have some great windows because we heard nothing once we had closed the windows. They provided a free bottle of water rather than charging a hefty price like most other hotels did. We didn't have breakfast at the hotel, but there is a really nice cafe kitty corner from the hotel that provided some great coffee and pastries for us.

Location worked for us, but it's definitely a bit of a walk to the actual Altstadt core area. Staff and other workers were smoking at the entrance and the smoke came up into our room (we were on the 3rd floor) whenever we opened our window.

The hotel was in a very good location, right to the central station, whith a walking distance of 10-15 minutes to all the attractions of the city center. The room was looking to the train station, but it was very quiet with good soundproof windows. The room and all the area were very clean, the reception guys were very friendly and ready to help. Especially thanks to Timon who told us about all the nice destinations and some secret places to visit. The room was large enough for two people and the bathroom was very comfortable with a good shower. What we also liked, is that there was complimentary lemon water and tasty apples near the reception to refresh yourself every day. A recommended place to stay when you are in Dresden

I would just like to have a fridge in the room, but it did not affect the overall quality of our stay.

Clean and comfy rooms, friendly and helpful staff, good location. Parking hall right next to hotel, and costs 12e/24h; free 230V EV charging included (i.e. not charging fast but suits very well for charging car over night). Comfortable beds, surprisingly good noise isolation considering the train tracks are right outside the hotel. Definitely recommend!

Only small complaint would be the breakfast. Overall ok/good level but I missed some freshness i.e. more fruits and vegetables, and would also have been nice to have something sweet like pastries or pancakes.

The location is perfect, approx. 12 minutes to Zwinger and Semperoper, as well as to Hofkirche. Around 15 minuntes to Frauenkirche. The view was on a street with tramlines, but despite this fact, it was quite calm to sleep with closed windows. The bed is very comfortable. The room is clean and was cleaned everyday (while checking in, you can ask for free everyday cleaning service!). Just for info: the cool food places are in Neustadt, which will take you around 30 minutes to walk there by foot. But the way to Neustadt through the bridge is very nice :)

Great location, just 10 minutes walking time from Zwinger, Opera and Residenzschloss with plenty of museums. Very friendly staff. Cheap parking 50m from the hotel entrance, just 12 EUR per day as of October 2022.

Not so comfy pillows. Pretty small WC. Small area for breakfast, we had to wait a bit for free places. This was our first stay in Leonardo Hotel(s) and surprisingly there was no mini-bar in the room. Probably it's written in the description and my assumption about hotels in this price category always having mini-bar based on experience was my own fault, but still, it was a surprise for us.

The hotel was absolutely amazing very close to trams tops and train station banhoff mitte. The service was outstanding and the pricing was reasonable too. All in all I am glad that I chose the hotel for my business trip

The wifi at times was patchy. It was slow however throughout my stay. While I got a lot of work done, I certainly would have preferred a faster stable connection. However, I have not considered the patchy wifi in my rating and overall i was immensely impressed with your hospitality

Hotel is in a good location close to the Altstadt with about a 20min walk. Staff are super helpful and have great customer service skills. Breakfast looked good though didn’t add the option to our stay. Rooms have a kettle but no mini fridge. Though items needing refrigeration can be store by the reception.

The room only had 2 outlets by the tv but no way to plug in phones etc by the beds. Not sure if all the rooms are the same.

Air conditioner makes your sleep so more comfortable, great plus! The breakfast was definitely the best one I had in 4 different cities in Germany. They serve smoked salmon, bacon and a coffee machine, YES a coffee machine, not that instant coffee in a thermic bottle as most of the others German´s hotels. There is no parking at the hotel but you can find free parking spots in the same street easily, park at the stadium for free at walking distance or the paid one next to the hotel. It´s not very close to the city center but you can get there 15min walking.

The only cons in this hotel was the room size. For 3 people was hard to walk around and impossible to open all luggage at the same time. I believe it was a two size room that they fit another bed in the only free place available. There was no full size bed, but two single beds placed together and opening a dark whole in middle dragging you in case you like to sleep close to your partner.

I took Flixbus from Prague to this city. Good connection from the bus terminal to this hotel, either by train or by tram. We had a very warm welcome and got to check-in earlier, which allowed us to have more time to explore Dresden. This place is not far away from city center. You can also take the train to go hiking in National Park Sächsische Schweiz. The room is clean, spacious, and modern. We love it.
