easy to reach by car, close to rhe oldtown, spacious, generous breacfast.

the chambermaid came in the morning (about 10:00) to asc how much longer we will be needing a room (?!); the administrator at the breackfast room said there are no free tables and made us be waiting for couple of minutes to enter the breackfast (?!?!), then we discovered that there was plenty of free tables; a waitress tried to prevent me to take a 0,75 l bottle of water to the table (?!?!??!!?). odd little things that ruins overall good impression

The room and the bed were comfortable and spacious, the facilities exceeded my expectations, the location is great within walking distance to the old town and to the Elbwiesen, the breakfast was plenty and tasty, and I really enjoyed as well the lobby and terrace which was perfect to relax and get some work done outside. The suite was perfect for visiting Dresden while also having to work and write during my stay in the hotel as I could take breaks on the comfortable couch and armchair. The staff were very friendly and accommodated any kind of special requests such as check-in earlier and omelette with my breakfast from the buffet. It's the second time I have stayed here, and I will definitely come back here when I come back again to Dresden the next time. I was absolutely delighted with my stay at this hotel and would recommend it.

Some more vegetable / salad options at the breakfast buffet, but that's really something very minor.

The breakfast was great value for money, had everything you could think of. It was easy enough to ask for it despite not booking before hand. They let us stay in the lobby after check out while we waited for our next connection. The room was very spacious and had Aircon, which was a bonus on a hot summers day. The bed was comfy and there was an option to "save the environment" and not let your cleaners come in, which was a nice touch. Overall felt very comfortable here

The only thing to complain was despite the Aircon, the rooms still got quite warm (but we were on a high floor and the thermostat was set to auto and we couldn't find a way to change it) and two single mattresses made up the double bed, but it was barely noticeable once in bed.

Room: Coffee & tea making facilities in the room would be nice. Breakfast: A bit expensive - You should be able to order a smaller breakfast, just coffee and a bread roll or cereal. I paid only 4 Euros at the bakery opposite. Location: all good

Staff was very kind, even went through the hassle of printing some papers for me. The breakfast was very good, had a good variety of drinks and different options, staff at breakfast was also very kind and helpful. There are a few parking options: one in front of the hotel, which is free (safe but there is not always space there), alternatively you can park in a garage for 12 EUR a day or in the street for 6 EUR a day, Room was spacious and comfortable, bathroom also big and clean.

Everything was up to and higher than our expectations.

There's a lot to like about this hotel: polite & helpful staff, great breakfast & spacious dining room, comfortable beds, 4 elevators, open lobby w/comfy rattan chairs, restaurant/bar & location next to small shopping area w/grocery & apotheke pharmacy.

The location means using tram service to get to town or a 20-30 minute walk. We liked being away from busier part of town, but if you want the main attractions of Dresden at your doorstep, look closer in. I hope hotel management would make 1 or 2 minor changes: 1) a tea/coffee set in rooms would be a plus, (5 Euro surcharge added if you want one); 2) a grab bar next to the (wonderful) bathtub to ease getting in & out. There's space to put one next to the towel drying wall heater, which was also a nice amenity.

Very elegant environment. Big room, conveniently located in front of a tram stop and close to the S line. You need to walk about 20 minutes to reach the old town. Very quiet (our room was facing the back and we could barely hear any noise). Big bathroom. Comfortable mattress. Two sets of pillows to choose from. Bakery next door. Price was good for a 4 star hotel.

Not a lot of light in the room. It's not really central, although well communicated. If you want to go on foot to Neustadt it's a bit of a stretch. With public transportation it's OK though. Our bedroom had a bath tub but no shower. Soap bar and individual shower gel could be replaced by a more environmentally friendly dispenser.

We really enjoyed our stay overall, the main pluses were the following: - The breakfast was very good - very tasty and a lot of choices - The room was nice, the bathroom had a large bathtub - It was possible to park the car in the street near the hotel (the parking cost about 7 euros for 2 days) - It is within walking distance to the city center (about 20 minutes)

The staff had some troubles communicating in English (but eventually we were able to understand each other)

The hotel was fantastic, with a great room, friendly staff and excellent breakfast. Food was fantastic as was the service. Very wide selection at the breakfast bar with self service coffee etc, also able to eat out on the courtyard. Room was exceptional, very large and clean. The front desk staff were always ready to help, and very informative. Big shout out to the young lady that served us in the bar at night, sorry I can't remember her name. Blond hair and had lived in England previously. Always ready with the drinks and a little chat about our day, excellent customer service. The inner courtyard with water feature was great place to relax and have a drink, very serene. Location was superb with only a 10-20 min (depending on how fast you walked) into the city centre and everywhere within walking distance, with various amenities close by. A big surprise too was that I was in Dresden on a city break for my birthday, and came back to my room that night to find a birthday cake and card waiting for me. A really sweet end to the day. The only things I didn't like was the pillows were too soft on the bed, and I didn't get on with the twin quilts on a double bed, which led to trouble sleeping some nights.

Location is very good, everything is near but also quiet. Hotel have a bar with beautiful terrace so it’s nice to relax here. Room has air conditioning, bed is quite comfortable. Bathroom has everything you’re needing at the time you staying. Breakfast was great and have a lot of options. The staff at hotel is amazing, very friendly, nice and caring. Very beautiful atmosphere in hotel. Really recommend.
