Simple but sturdy and everything works, clean, comfy, spacious. The apartment was very ‘German’ - nothing special, but everything works. We especially liked the opportunity to have breakfast outside. Location is very nice — quiet, safe, clean and still close enough to the centre to walk there. The neighbourhood is lively, but quiet.

Mattresses are old and too soft - need replacement. Everything else was solid good.

Great location, clean and family friendly. The place is close to the tram so you actually don't need a car to get around Dresden. Great for a shorter stay

For a longer stay a washing machine would have been nice as kids tend to get dirty a lot. The kitchen is also fine for simple meals, but not for those who would like to cook more complicated stuff.

The apartment was well located with easy access by car and walking distance to major attractions. There are plenty of eateries and supermarkets nearby and it is reasonably quiet apart from the trains passing nearby. We were able to park the car in the courtyard.

There was nothing we didn’t like.

The place is located on a quiet and peaceful street close to a main road with a tram that takes you directly to the city centre, which was really convenient. The protected parking area was nice to have. The apartment was spacious with plenty of room for the whole family. I would definitely come back.

It was a very nice apartment. We got the 2 bedrooms one and I have to say that it was really comfortable. Huge beds, cot, sofa bed... The area is full of small shops and bars and restaurants. Very safe and very easy to reach with public transport. The host were very helpful and kind.

The dinning room area is too small for the size of the living room and bedrooms, but nothing to worry about. It gets a little too tight to have lunch or dinner if you are more than 4. Anyway it was not a problem for us.

We liked everything in the apartment (rooms, kitchen, bathroom, location, parking place, Internet) except smokers neighbors.

There was only one thing we didn't like. The windows of the apartment overlook the inner courtyard. There is a terrace under the bedroom window, where the neighbors used to smoke, and cigarette smoke came directly into the room through the open window. I am allergic to smoke smell we had to keep windows closed despite hot weather. Thus it was not very pleasant situation.

Clean and fully equipped place, and everything was working perfectly. You also get private parking for a very reasonable price. The place is only a few minutes from a tram stop. Contact with the owner was great.

Nicely equipt and roomy apartment. We were looking for 2 bedrooms and this one was one of few.

There was funny smell in apartment. Other than that nothing to complain about.

Comfortable, spacious, well furnished apartment. Easy access by tram. Shops and restaurants are 1 stop away by tram.

Too far from the city center on foot. There is no washing machine.

Checking in and contact with the owner was very easy, kitchen was fully equipped. Private parking is also on plus. Everything was great :)
