The location was good. It's close to the main tourist attractions by number 3 and 7 tram, and only 20 minutes from the Hauptbahnhof by number 8 tram. The staff were very obliging, and the neighbourhood is vibrant, plenty of restaurants, cafes and street art. The rooms are colorful just as in the pictures, it has the art hotel feel that it advertises. We had an attic room on the fourth floor which gave a good view of the street. The beds were comfortable and the shower more than acceptable. Very good value for money.

A delightful boutique hotel in Dresden new town about a 20-30 min walk from the river. The staff could not be more helpful. Our apartment with one double bed and 2 bunk beds was perfect for our family and allowed to relax on the balcony at the end of a long drive and then walk into the old town to see the impressive historic buildings. The car park was super convenient and safe if a little tight to get in to (we have a large SUV with roof box) but it’s feasible if you take your time. Room had excellent quality toiletries and also a coffee maker so this was a bonus.

Clean hotel, in a historic building, but very nicely decorated. I only stayed one night, but the room was big, spacious, and equipped with everything you need. The staff was very welcoming and helpful. In particular, I would like to thank the receptionist who was so kind to work extra hours just to wait to give me the key and still with a smile on her face. I think the soundproofing of the rooms could be improved because in the morning I could hear a little too clearly when the nearby neighbors left.

I loved the style, it made me feel very comfortable. The lights are soft and the colors are relaxing and matching. The staff was fantastic, kind and reliable. Also with a nice humor :) I slept very well, comfortable bed and pillows, plus it was very very silent. The breakfast was delicious, I personally like to create sandwiches and the products were very tasty. It’s very easy to go to the old city, I didn’t find any trouble or complication. The neighborhood where the hotel is located is also very nice and alive. What can I say, I wish I stayed more days!

Perfect location in Dresden Neustadt - and still very quiet due to windows into inner yard! We had a comfortable apartment for a family with kid(s), with a separate small bedroom for children with a bunk bed for 2 kids. Main double bed is a bit too soft, but I guess that's personal taste. There's a pool, sauna and fitness room, pool has good temperature and relatively wide opening times (till 21). We liked the clever solution on daily cleaning (one can decide if the room service is needed or not, and even get a small gift if one decides it's not needed).

Great location if you need to be in Neustadt, but perhaps less so if you want to go into the center. Vibrant neighborhood with all sorts of amenities (restaurants, supermarket, etc.) around the corner. They'll give you a 5€ coupon for some restaurants in the neighborhood. Very colorful and unique room design, comfortable beds, and very clean. Great value for money. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Tram passes through the street really early, and it's kinda loud (if like me you like to sleep with the windows open; the double glazing does reduce the noise if the windows are closed).

One of my best stays ever! Very good location, easy to arrive by walk from Neustad station but also many trams (or walk) take you to the old town. The room was very nice size and I loved the colours and the decoration. There was also nice swimming pool. You also get a coupong to the nearby cafe.

If you are a light sleeper, bring ear plugs as the tram passes the hotel, not a problem for me since I had the ear plugs. The swimming pool has no separate room/ lockers for changing clothes, but not a problem for me as this was something extra, not a spa hotel 😊

Located in DD Neustadt, easy access to the city centre either by foot or public transportation. Staff was very friendly, the room was clean and spacious. Breakfast was superb and we enjoyed the in-house swimming pool. Car-park only a few meters away from the hotel (at a small extra fee). All in all very satisfied.

Our room was towards the main street and did not have AC, since it was a really warm night we left the window open - the noise from the streed below was a bit irritating, but we managed.

Staff was super polite and friendly and the whole atmosphere is very friendly, it felt like I was in my own place. I loved the decoration and my room was excellent: the bed is enormous and super comfortable and the bathroom was fine. And despite having my room turned to the street, it was really calm during the night. I highly recommend the hotel

The air conditioning could be better, but it was no problem for me even during summer.

The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was delicious and varied. The rooms were beautiful and spacious, and the bed was incredibly comfortable.

As for the downsides, it was a bit tricky to access the parking, and I would have liked a slightly larger selection of hot dishes for breakfast.
