- we (a group of 3 people) booked two rooms at Motel one and were very satisfied - quiet location near the city center - multiple bus and tram stops nearby - very clean rooms, I always feel comfortable at Motel One because the cleaning standard is as it should be. Spotless and hygienic - staff is very friendly and competent, they always greet you with a smile and are happy to answer your questions - beds are perfectly comfortable, soft but firm enough to provide good support for your back - multiple pillows provided - spacious shower - all in all it was a great stay, we enjoyed it very much

- nothing to complaint about :-) - only have one request / suggestion: Can a maintenance person please check on the air conditioning in the room we had on the second floor? It was making strange rattling noises and the metal panels on the ceiling were moving when it was running. (The AC on the third floor was working perfectly)

Room was overall clean. The breakfast buffet was sufficient but the coffee was really good! Staff was also friendly and attentive + they spoke very good English.

Motel One is notorious for their smaller sized rooms, but what ticked me a bit was the fact that the cleaning times weren't timed properly. On one of the nights they came into the room at 10AM and I was still in there preparing. It was surprising and I didn't have time to say someone was there. Also the breakfast, as good as it is, doesn't justify the pricepoint for the selection you get.

Location was excellent for accessing the airport by S Bahn and the old town. The staff were helpful and the breakfast very good. The public areas were stylish and the room comfortable and clean.

I’m English, so I like to have tea and coffee making facilities in my room, but this was not a big problem. Also it would have been reassuring if left luggage was kept in a separate room or locker instead of behind the desk.

very nice& friendly receptionist girl who offered me the room even earlier than check-in started. I was more than happy as was frozen and needed hot shower!! very nice location , just 20 min walk from the historical centre and just 10 min walk from the Neustadt-Bahnhof very good breakfast also for vegans! guiet and clean room + very-well designed lobby. like it!!

would be nice to have done water +coffee/tea set in the room + eggs variety at the breakfast

Great hotel, great value for money. Room was small but very comfortable. Staff was very helpful (allowed me to check in 5 hours early as the room happened to be ready). Did not take the breakfast option but it seemed nice. Well connected to the Neustadt station (short walk), city centre and central station (by tram). Can definitely recommend for a short visit.

No real flaws at that value for money!

Location is perfect, close to the Japanisches Palais. Breakfast was OK, regularly adding more food throughout the morning. Room was quite small, but clean. We had a view to the street, but no noise at all.

Room was quite small and ventilator in our bathroom was not working. Room was cleaned only once during our stay, but it was Easter weekend so that might have been the reason. Breakfast was crowded, space for breakfast is small for the number of guests. It was a bit pricey overall, but again it was Easter weekend so it might be reasonable. Parking in the hotel is not very nicely marked and difficult to find. We parked at the close by parking space at Theresienstraße.

little expensive for what you get but it was clean handy for the town, round the corner from the tram (although walked from schlacthof 1.1km on the way back but wasnt too bad) staff friendly and helpful hotel on a junction but was fairly quiet

breakfast sounded a bit expensive for continental

The location is very close to Neustadt Bahnhof and it’s close to old city centre as well as to Neustadt area. The room was clean and even it was a simple one the breakfast was good.

There is no desk to working the room and the value for the breakfast is not cheap.

My stay was perfect, helpful staff at reception, great breakfast with professional staff in the restaurant area, clean and spacious room, very efficient housekeeping and spacious car parking, central location. You can tell the staff do their best to provide an high quality service.

Staff were very friendly, breakfast very decent, bar open all night, location is super - 5mins from train station and in a really good area. Room only used to sleep and it has windows you can open!

Bar service took ages on one night but manager apologised to us (we took it in good humour, since everyone was super nice). Somehow my room wasn't cleaned after first night, the room doesn't have a mini bar. These are all small complaints, I had a great time in Dresden and at this hotel.
