The location is perfect, in a busy street and close to the tourist area of Dresden. The staff was nice and the bedroom was clean and more than adequate. We only stayed for one night, though.

The best part of this hotel is the proximity to the Dresden Old City area that is so stunning to see and experience. It is just a short walk to the old city. Was very nice to be able to park the car and just leave it there for a few days and focus on exploring Dresden. The hotel was comfortable and the rooms were nice and clean and good bathrooms. They are currently (2023) renovating the hotel so it will be even better when completed.

Parking was challenging when arriving at night and not being overly familiar with Dresden. The hotel is in a walking only zone which is great once you are settled in but to unload the car you have to park a little bit away from the hotel and carry the bags. Not a big deal, I need the exercise after all the delicious German food I eat on my holiday. After unloading the car we ended up parking (for 2 days) a bit away from the hotel and then walking a little ways. I think if you arrive in the day and know the city better it may be a lot easier. Maybe if I had a better name for the parking garage or lot my GPS would have found it easier and it would have went better for us.

The location is perfect: there are a lot of places to shop and have a meal on the street and in the neighborhood. It's very close to the main train station (Dresden Hauptbanhof). In a few minutes walk you are already in the old part of Dresden (Alt Stadt) were you can visit so many monuments: churches, Zwinger, Museums, Opera... The breakfast was a good value for money: many options, fresh fruits and vegetables, very nice staff around you. The hotel is clean, modern and has a lot of character. Some of the decorations are related with the video game Pacman :) The facilities are under work but that didn't bother us at all, and we've been told the hotel would be refurbished for next september, so it's going to be even better. Would be happy to come back, to the hotel and to the city. Highly recommended!

The location is excellent, within 8 minutes walking distance from the main train station. There are plenty of shopping centers, restaurants nearby. It is very close to the Altstadt Dresden area and all the tourists sites. The room is clean and bathroom is comfortable to use. With two elevators so it is never a long wait to get to the respective floor. The breakfast is good, with the standard continental breakfast available. Hot water is available via the bar although it will be better if we can have electric kettle in the room.

The size is really smaller than expected. Outside of the bed, there isn't much space for putting the luggage and the closet has to be in the corridor from the door to the room. There is construction at the same time, although the construction zone is sealed off from the regular room, the hallway become a lot more cramped. The front door is a bit odd to be on the sideway instead of the main pathway from the train station.

The personnel staff was fantastic, I made a mistake in booking for a room. Staff was of the highest standard to help resolve issues. Room standard double room with a bed, clean room. The bathroom was clean and easy to use. The location was perfect for our use and needs.

Parking is on the street with a daily rate of 6euro 8 am-8 pm. But it is not a big deal.

The property had an excellent location since it was walking distance from the Centre, Main Train station and all the tourist attractions. The breakfast was good, not too elaborate but fills you up well.

The room was a bit small, hazardous corners on the beds, knocking knees on it was a bit painful. But other than that the room was good.

The location was excellent, close to the historic centre as well as to shopping, restaurants and the train station. The room was small but very comfortable and clean. I would recommend.

This is very minor but at breakfast, in order to get hot water for tea, it comes out of the coffee maker. The queue for the coffee maker was always long. Having a separate boiled water station for tea drinkers would speed things up. Otherwise everything at breakfast was great.

Friendly staff, everything was clean and efficient; great location near the train station and old town. Nice little hostel-style breakfast area and a lounge. The rooms were really convenient as well with a desk, cupboards, hangers – everything you need!

The breakfast options for vegans are limited, although there was margarine and plant-based milk. Otherwise, everything was great!

We booked a room with Queen sized bed for 3 nights and ended up got upgraded to a room with King bed sized. The location is more than perfect, view our is awesome, probably one of the best hotel view I experienced so far. Staff are nice and helpful. Bathroom is great!

The lighting in the room is lacking. But the natural light makes up for it.

Excellent location and very friendly staff on the desk. Original idea for pre-prepared breakfest boxes due closed hotel restaurant. The iron and ironing board were pleasantly surprising.

The hotel under refurbishment, so some restrictions on use and little noise caused by renovation works. The wardrobe in the room was a bit lacking.
