Very close to main train station and buses (&FlixBus) Checking in process was quick and a 5Euro hotel voucher was offered if room service was wavered. That got us a cup of coffee Staff/Customer service was very good. The elevators were big and quick. We had a double room and it was small but not tiny. There were a couple of chairs and small table which was very good. Bar Refrigerator with no mini bar. It was big enough for @ 10 bottles of drink. No Kettle - which we would liked to have had. No plates, side plates, or Utensils No Microwave. Television was very good, but only BBC English Channel. Rest were local language. Air conditioning was good. Beds were very comfortable. Pillows were really soft. Wardrobe space was adequate The Shower water pressure was very good and didn’t run out of hot water. Water Temperature was constant. Towels were soft and fresh WiFi was strong The room was very quiet and the drapes blocked out the daylight. A value for money hotel.

Another couple of pillows of different firmness would be good. Kettle would be really handy.

Good location for those needing to be close to the central station. Plenty of food and restaurant options nearby. Having arrived on a Sunday everything was closed except..the station. It had everything you could possibly need including a Lidl grocery store that was open for business and BUSY! Made it so much easier. The SUPER friendly and helpful staff made up for the bare minimum essentials provided by the hotel. Everyone at reception went out of their way to answer our questions and give suggestions and spoke English which was extremely helpful. We brought our own food and ate in so we needed utensils and napkins which were readily provided. We arrived in the morning (too early for check in) so they gladly stored our luggage. After seeing some sights, we arrived back at 2:00 pm which they then allowed us check in an hour early Everything we wanted to see was within walking distance of the hotel which is partially why we chose it.

Our room was SUPER close, closer than expected to the station so we heard the teams for the greater part of the night in addition to some skateboarders who use the area out in front of the hotel to film their stunts😂 Beds (2-twins) were hard and stiff as boards and the pillows were flat, lifeless pancakes! There wasn’t any other amenities like a kettle, coffee, tea, shampoo, etc. which maybe I should’ve read the fine print closer and would’ve discovered that.

This hotel is very close - only a few minutes walk - from the main train station (Hauptbahnhof). The reception staff was very friendly, and the room had everything I needed.

It's an ultramodern building and a bit ugly for my taste. The very long floor I had to cross to reach my room reminded me a bit of a hospital. The room was also furnished in a very modern style, but was comfortable. A staff member in the breakfast room was not very helpful and not friendly when I asked him a question about where to find jam. He only quickly pointed into a direction and walked away. (It took me another while to discover that the jam could be got out of a kind of dispenser I had never seen before.)

Great location next to the central station. Breakfast was great with a lot of options for everyone. Bed was comfortable. If you subscribe to their loyalty program, they give you the transport card for the duration of your stay and high speed internet.

There was only one pillow and almost flat. No additional for the ones like me need a taller pillow. They need to vacuum more often under the bed. When leaving, I checked under the bed and I found an electric cigarette with a lot of dust, meaning it was not vacuumed a long time ago. However, the entire room was very clean.

Good value for money. The location is very convenient for exploring the city. There are lots of shops and restaurants in the area. Breakfast is good and provides a great start to your day. Moreover, I arrived close to midnight and there were no problems with checking in. I had a really pleasant stay throughout.

Nothing really, except maybe one of the elevators was not working for one day. It seems I need to meet some word count, so I would suggest more lights inside the room (but this is totally just a personal preference).

Great location near the train station as well as shops, restaurants and tourist spots. Can walk everywhere from the hotel. We had a family room so we had extra space which is great for friends travelling together but needing some space. Staff were friendly and helpful, suggesting a good Italian restaurant nearby for dinner. They spoke English.

Only one feather pillow each. Had to ask for more. I hate feather pillows. Still no face washers in European hotels.

The hotel is right by the main train station which makes it perfect for a one night stay when you're travelling by train. The hotel is modern, clean, and the room was very comfortable. l arrived early and they let me store my luggage until my room was ready. It's also an easy walk to shopping and the historic district and sights in central Dresden. It was hot while I was there, so I really appreciated the air conditioning.

The location was perfect for us. We dropped off luggage at the hotel, then I drove a few blocks just on the other side of the HBF to Europcar to drop off our rental car. It was a short walk back to the hotel. Then we picked up our train the next day to go to Prague. The hotel is very modern, with a good breakfast.

The only thing that I can think of was the glass bridge between the two buildings of the hotel is a very efficient solar heat collector, so the hallway is warm. But the AC in the room compensated very nicely for the additional ambient heat.

Great selection for breakfast, could be more fruit.

Intake front desk girl was not right trying to give me a room with two small beds explaining this is what I ordered and that the hotel has no larger beds, I should put them together and to be happy, all of above information was not truth, i ordered and have confirmation for queen bed, hotel has this beds, and if you sleep on smaller beds and they got separated, you would not be happy🤗

Hotel was fabulous. Extremely clean, very comfortable bed, amazing shower++++. A 10 minute walk to city centre so very close to bus train services too.

Only negative aspect was the hotel was meant to be a non smoking hotel but often I’d smell the rancid smell of people smoking somewhere. Definitely the room had not been smoked in as it was super clean. I think people were smoking outside but smell was wofting into the corridors!
