1) Location - the hotel is located in a quiet and safe area, and is close to the main train station. The old new town, malls and many museums are within walking distance too. 2) Room - triple room is of decent size and has a good layout. 3) Hotel staff - front desk personnel are friendly and helpful.

1) Breakfast - hotel could have offered a better spread and consider international guests in its food planning. 2) Housekeeping - we requested for housekeeping service once only during our stay but no housekeeping was provided.

The Ibis Frankfurt Centrum is, as the name implies, in a very good location. It's walking distance to the river Main, major museums and the old town (if you are a good walker!). We wanted a hotel near the one where my husband's family was staying, and this was four minutes' walk down the road -- great. We were able to walk to the restaurant where we all had reservations for New Year's Eve, right on the river, and walk back while watching the locals set off a huge amount of fireworks (after none for 2 years due to COVID). The next morning, all we wanted was a cup of coffee, as we were taking the family out for brunch, and the folks in the breakfast room were nice enough to let us get a cappuccino each out of the coffee machine without charging us extra for them. The staff at the reception desk were friendly and helpful, and they gave us a room facing the back, so the fireworks noise didn't keep us from sleeping!

The room is very small, with no drawers, only open shelves. The beds (2) were narrow singles and a bit short for my husband (6 feet 4 inches)! And the bathroom is tiny. But for just over 100 Euros a night in downtown Frankfurt -- more than acceptable!

Nice breakfast and a really great, I'd say even fantastic, location of the hotel! Easy to find due to the nearby landmark tower and a river. Also has an on-the-corner store. Clean and tidy room. Friendly staff.

Well - room was small, bathroom - even smaller. Kinda funny, nothing tragic. But an ability to lock the bathroom door would have been great :D And some updates are required, in general, for the devices within the room - air cond, tv, etc. Nothing tragic, as it was functional, but definitely not "contemporary".

The location was close to the central railway station where I could access everything I needed. The staff were generally friendly and helpful. I could watch television in German and was generally undisturbed in my room.

I could have had more water during the day. Food could have been available on my room and checkout could have been later for my flight, i.e. I had to wait at the airport. The price of breakfast was higher than advertised.

At first, greetings to all the staff at the hotel, especially Nader, but an embarrassing situation happened from the Indian woman employee who works in the reception, date 5/7/2022, 7:50 am. I am a transgender person. When talking to the Indian employee, she turned her face and laughed hysterically because my different voice that made me feel embarrassed, and I felt that Im in New Delhi and not Frankfurt, this attitude was not polite, and I thank the employee Adel, he is a good person thanks so much

The breakfast was outstanding in the hotel. In fact, it was the best hotel breakfast that I have ever experienced. The staff was also very nice and helpful. Furthermore, the hotel provided a perfect place for having a rest after a long and hard week of work.

I can honestly say that everything was perfect in the hotel. I don't have anything negative to say.

Just walking around 10 min from Frankfurt Main Hbf. many restaurants and grocery stores within walking distance. The room was clean and well equipped with electrical outlets is next to the bed and the extension cords was useful. There was also a complimentary bottle of water. The breakfast has a various menu than other ibis hotels, and I am happy that freshly baked bread is replenished.

I appreciated the clean beds. The view. They made sure I'll have the view and that I could check in early.. I got to be a member. That's why. Wonderful breakfast. Nice workers. Close to everything.

The bathroom was a bit too small, but that's not so important..

In our experience most Ibis hotels have good breakfasts and this one is no exception. We have stayed here before and love both the proximity within walking distance to the railway station as well as to the pedestrian walkway along the Main river. Also within walking distance of the Altstadt (old city)

I could stay in the hotel when it was raining. The hotel is near to the railway station.

The toaster was sometimes difficult to work at breakfast. The staff had to help me. But the staff were helpful and pleasant.
