The staff were extremely friendly and the proximity of the hotel to the train station and to walk to the centre of Frankfurt was perfect. There is also a tram stop very close to the hotel where you can get a tram into the city if you prefer. The room was very clean, the shower was large, and the bed was comfortable. We stayed with our dog and he was also very happy here.

The location around the hotel was quite noisy and a little dirty, but the hotel itself was not dirty at all and the staff had reserved us a room in the back of the property away from the street so that the noise wouldn't affect us either. There was no hairdryer in our room but I didn't really mind as it was so warm that my hair dried by itself quite quickly, and I'm sure the staff would have given me a hairdryer if I had asked them for one.

The room was cleaner and area safer than what a lot of the reviews mentioned. Staff were really welcoming and accommodating. I had a room on the ground floor near the main road and whilst you could hear the traffic outside, I was able to sleep without issue - probably because I am a relatively heavy sleeper!

The hotel is in a convenient location. Literally 5 minutes to the main station, there are many shops, kiosks, cafes nearby. Liked the staff very much. The man at the reception offered different options that we might like. The only negative is that we arrived at a time when hotel prices have risen throughout the city, but this is not the fault of the hotel, but a combination of circumstances. It was a basic hotel, but the rooms were clean, comfortable and a reasonable size. Plus the bedroom was on the shady side of the building, so the rooms didn't get overly hot

Unfortunately, the rooms are not soundproofed from the hallway, so when people returned to the hotel late and noisy, it disturbed you in your room. We stayed at this location for two nights on our tour and sleep was a problem because of the other hotel guests being noisy and the night clerk not asking them to be quiet

Every now and then the internet wouldn't work so I had to get another username password to connect. But to me that wasn't an issue because I could use my phones data. I didn't like the soap they had in the toilet and shower, but that's also for my pickiness ;)

Hotel has very helpful staff who go above and beyond to assist with directions and transport advice. 24/7 check in and reception desk extremely helpful. Plenty of options for breakfast. Room was clean and comfortable. Would stay here again!

Sometimes a bit noisey with sirens and traffic however a very minimal annoyance, did not interrupt sleep.

clean and tidy, staff very helpful, kind and 24h available. location perfect 5min walk from the main train station. we needed taxi. the receptionist took care of it. honestly for the amount we paid we could not expect better. yet it is not a 5 stars hotel but for what we paid. all the commodities were present. i highly recommend.

Room and en-suite bathroom were small but modern and had everything I needed, including free toiletries. Hotel is located very close to the main train station and bus exchange (max 5 minute walk), and has a 24hr reception, so is ideal for anyone arriving late at night or leaving early in the morning.

Breakfast is good, there are options to choose and it worth its money. The room is clean and the bed is comfy)

My room was at the ground floor behind the reception desk and it was a bit loud when the stuff started to serve breakfast or someone came to the reception to ask about smth
