Good Place

The room is too cold. Turn on Heating to the top, still not warm. All night in cold bed. Monring found the window is broken. Refer to photo.

Hotel is ideally located in the city of Frankfurt, literally next to the Central Station. Hotel is cheap for the location. Rooms are spacious but basic, but if you are a tourist and spending the whole day outside it is ideal. Breakfast is good. You won't find a cheaper hotel in the heart of Frankfurt.

Rooms are a little bit noisy but not extreme, i.e. I could hear the elevator as my room was located next to it, but it won't keep you from sleeping. Also it is not possible to completely black out the room with the curtains.

It’s very close to the main station, the bed was comfy and the main room was clean. Breakfast was good for the price and the lady who served it was very friendly. It’s ok if you are spending a night in the city.

It’s a bit dated, the bathroom especially. There was mould in the grout. It’s kind of like the hotels you used to get around Kings Cross before they gentrified it.

ita proximity to the train and bus stations and the helpful staff. also, rooms are maintained and cleaned daily. we get fresh towels everyday without the need to ask for assistance from the staff

They enter the room daily. while cleaning is preferred to be daily, sometimes, other guests preferred that the rooms are not entered into daily, only upon request.

The room is small but has all as expected, kettle, free tea and coffee, fridge, safe, wardrobe and good sized Smart TV. The shower water has great pressure and heaters and aircon are working well. But the best is the breakfast buffet with really good coffee and tea and the assortment Just Unbelievable :) Staff is friendly, informative and car park is available on premises for a fee.

We really liked that altough we had ordered a room with 3 beds, we got instead a family room with 1 large double bed and 1 single bed. That was really nice from the guy who let us in. And also the parking spot in the garage was interesting, I had never been to car elevator before. But it was fun and all good.

The Breakfast was delicious. Room was clean and comfortable. There was no disturbance at all. Wifi was brilliant. Staff was friendly and helpfull. Airconditioning was a bonus and cool.

There should of been a coffee bar / machine available or kettle in the room to at least make coffee when in the room. Location was a bit far from where we needed to be. A face cloth and some toiletries could of been available at request.

Great breakfast and a big clean room. Location near train station but away from the junkies. Nice staff and quiet room. Good wifi.

My only complaint is that the bed was terrible. It was way too soft and my back was sore after sleeping. I would have scored it a 10 if it had a better bed.

The location to train station was superb and without the drama of people on the street outside.

It suited our needs just fine and quick walk through better area to get to restaurants Only downside were the flat pillows, I needed a 2nd ro be able to sleep.

Perfect location just next to the main station, very good value. Well equipped rooms

A bit dated, but you get what you pay for and for the price, it's worth it.
