- The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of Frankfurt Station. - It is very clean and offers excellent value for money. - The breakfast was excellent and started early at around 6:30 AM, which was convenient. Both security and service in the hotel are top-notch.

While the hotel is the most comfortable I have stayed in in Europe for this price range, the surrounding area near Frankfurt Railway Station is somewhat disappointing. Despite this, I would definitely prefer to stay at this hotel again due to the service and comfort it provided.

The breakfast was cool actually, Japanese meets continental. They had boiled eggs, German sausages (Frankfurters), breads (even a toaster) cold meats, cheeses, fresh fruit and veg (cucumber, peppers et al), yogurts, jams, honey, Nutella, cereals and on the Asian side they had rice and some noodle soup dish. The coffee from the barista style Coffee machine was good also. The toilet in the en-suite was a Japanese style one, with a control panel attached... it still works like a regular toilet, but you can heat the seat or squirt water like a bidet should you wish.. The bed was comfortable, the room was quite and we had a beautiful picturesque view of the train station, which Portillo esk rail lovers would no doubt enjoy. The Foyer was bright and welcoming with a tasteful nod to Japanese culture. The location of the hotel is super convenient, the bus stop(s) for buses operating to Frankfurt Hahn et al is directly across road and the Haupbahnhof (main train station) is 2 mins away, but it doesn't feel like that, the nature of the hotel makes it a pleasant experience.

Br room was good, breakfast was good, Location is excellent for people who arrive by train. Just leave station at south exit, turn right and after 200 metres turn left into Stuttgarter Strasse.

For this price standard nothing could be better

This is my 3rd time to stop here overnight. 1 min walk to Frankfurt Hbf. Extremely clean rooms. Free breakfast. Staff is so welcoming and is always smiling. Keep it up Toyoko. Will stop there again in the future.

All meat products were mostly from pork, I would be happy if you could kindly put some chicken or beef options please

Super close to Frankfurt Hbf (2 minute walk from side entrance) yet much safer than other properties in the area. Friendly staff, very informative, good breakfast selection, heating and ventilation very sufficient in November weather. Very happy with the stay and would definitely recommend to budget-conscious travelers who prefer the convenience of location without sacrificing too much comfort.

Street-facing room can get a fair bit of noise as there's a bus terminal across the street (closing the window solves most of that) and one could hear the use of water from neighbouring rooms from time to time. Neither were significant concerns for me but are definitely things I would add as caveat when recommending to others.

Due to thunderstorms lots of flights have been delayed/cancelled/diverted at Frankfurt Main Airport. I found myself at about midnight in Frankfurt airport without any idea where I will spend the night and no options to get to my destination, a small town roughly 2 hours away by train. I was lucky to be able to book a hotel for the very same night. When I came to check in (at 2am) there was a long queue of travelers with similar stories. Nevertheless, when I finally reached the desk at about 3am the receptionists were calm, very polite, and smiling. They even told me I could checkout at 11am. The breakfast was also very nice, taking into account the hotel have probably received 100s reservations between 10pm and 2am the night before!

The ventilation in the bathroom didn't appear to be strong enough, so it was a bit humid.

The location of the hotel was very convenient, it was right next to the metro station, just 2 min. walk. Also, it was just 10 mi. away from Airport by taxi/car. So, it was close to everything. The room was clean and it had fridge and kettle which was convenient. Also, the breakfast was buffet style with good options and the bakery was delicious. Another amazing advantage was the shatafa (bidet shower) in the toilet, this was very important for us as muslims.

The only problem we had was the size of the room, which was very small. Also, there was no cupboard or shelves to put our clothes on only a small hanger which wasn't convenient for us. And no place for our luggage, you can store it under the bed which is not convenient if you want to get your clothes out of the luggage since there is no place else to store your clothes.

The Best hotel I could ask for. I liked the cleanliness, I liked the helpfulness of the staff and I really liked there was everything I needed in the hotel. The service design of the hotel was superb, they thought about every detail, even late checkout was not a problem, they had a rule for that. I'm very thankful for this find and would definitely love to stay at Tokyo Inn again. I liked the 90s vintage vibe. The beds were comfortable. No trendy bullshit, but an honest hotel. But the cleanliness is the key, the bathrooms, towels and bed sheets were super clean, that's the most important.

The breakfast could contain more variety of fruits, vegetables and everything. I was happy for the miso soup though.

Excellent facilities qualities for the price. It was small for one person but with everything I need. The room was quiet.

As I wanted to eat something, i wasn't able to find the staff. Me and another guest we waited for good 20 min and still couldn't find anyone. I ask at the reception to call the person of the bar/ kitchen. He told me to look around. I went back and told him that nobody is there..he told me to look again/"wait. I started to loose patience and finally played with the gong. After 35 min we got a nice lady coming in. I was really upset with tge person of the reception.It is not for the guest to look around.

location is great. very secure. need to use a key card to both enter hotel and use elevator. Breakfast buffet was adequate. The price is superb for the location.

The staff was a bit unfriendly. They also make a big deal of making sure you take a shower correctly so that you don't trigger a false fire alarm, and they threaten you with a 400 EUR fine. Of course, the hotel could have been designed in such a way as to not require these shenanigans. Also, the beds are hard as a rock. The hotel has signs in the elevators with charges for extra things - such as extra towels and blankets for your room?!
