Spacious rooms with confortable beds. The staff were very friendly and helped me prontly with a problem i had in my room. They also have an internal parking lot and are well located.

They dont have breakfast and elevator. The first room have a window right in front of the door to the hotel but you can keep it closed, so it isnt that much of a problem.

Room was clean, comfortable and spacious. There were quite nicely parking spaces and it felt safe to leave a car there. Enjoyed the stay.

We loved this cute little hotel. If you bring a car, the parking lot is very small, but we did not have an issue getting a spot for one night. We parked our car right out front of our hotel room which was on the first floor. We were able to open our window and pass the luggage right inside the room which was so nice after a week of lugging it up and down steps at other hotels. The front staff were really nice. The room felt clean and my son loved the bunk bed (which was really great and had a high wooden side so I had no concerns of him falling out). The hotel is a little older and nothing fancy, but the bathroom was very nice with a ton of counter space. The beds were comfy. we only stayed one night, but wished we could have stayed longer. Breakfast was pretty good and inexpensive and the woman in charge made sure to keep the food/drinks refilled at the buffet and the tables clean. She did a great job.

The room was large, warm and clean. It would be fair to describe the hotel as luxurious. The location is between the station and the old town /high fortress and hence right in the middle of everything - attractions, restaurants etc. However, it also has a wonderful large garden and a feeling of quietness and peace. We were surprised at such a wonderful location at a reasonable price. This hotel has no restaurant and does not serve breakfast. This is made clear in the hotel description. So you need to self-cater or eat out. There is a kettle supplied but nothing else - there is no kitchen - these are large hotel rooms not self-catering apartments. If you are prepared for this (as we were), you will find the accommodation adorable. Check-in is possible at any reasonable time as there is an automated check-in terminal at the entrance but between 3 and 6 pm there are also staff around to help if needed and are on-call if there are any issues.

The room was clean and the location was great, a couple of blocks from the train station and close to the shopping district. The staff was helpful and took care to provide a free bus pass. the breakfast for 9 Euro was worth the price.

The heating vent for the room was in the floor and imprecise to operate. The bed was foam and a bit soft for my taste. But a lovely and an affordable location. I would definitely stay here again.

The hotel was very nice and eclectic. my daughter liked the bunk above the queen bed, so bonus for me. The breakfast was great. only a couple minutes walk to the train station.

Probably not their fault since I was a late evening check-in, but they neglected to give us the vouchers for the bus to the castles. I guess it goes with the City tax.

We were given a really nice room that had an outdoor seating area. I don't think it was what we booked because it slept 3. The bathroom had been redone with some beautiful tile and we very happy to find that the wardrobe included some extra blankets and a kettle. There is no reception area but the staff were quick to communicate by messaging. They held our luggage for us after check-out time. The location was perfect for us and I only wish we could have stayed longer than 1 night. The hotel is a great value.

The building was amazing, beautiful views of the castle from the balcony. The 3 kids loved the triple bunk bed, the location was amazing. The room was so clean, self check in was easy, but I didn't realise you needed everyone's passport that would be staying, but it all worked out. We absolutely loved it.

We couldn't get a parking spot when we returned from dinner and had to walk a long distance back to the hotel.

This place was a fabulous option for visiting Fussen with a car, there was plenty of space to park and its very close to the main center of town and surrounding attractions. The breakfast was great and the rooms were comfy.
