Hendrich, the receptionist, was exceptional! He assisted us with parking the car because the parking lot is quite narrow and tight. The service overall was excellent. The breakfast was good but had limited hot options for non meat eaters. The location is awesome.

The room was a little odd as it had a slanting roof. The one bed was under the slanting roof so when getting in and out of the bed was a challenge. The slanting roof also extended to the bathroom so you cannot stand upright when showering without knocking your head on the slant. It was an uncomfortable way to shower.

Loacation is great, great , great, close to train station , Bus stop to Castle and city's downtown. The Room's comfortable. The Breafast's great. ** confirm ** The staffs're friendly and helpful. They're busy but try to help.

This's tiny problem. it's only one small thing for my dislike. The hotel's close to read and city downtown. Then we can hear some people noice from window. However, the windows are good enough to shut the noice down however it mean we couldn't open them for air ventilation. *** But don't worry it's very tiny problem.

The location is perfect for exploring Fussen but also getting to Neuschwanstein and other areas. The parking deck is located beside the hotel and you must check in to get your parking ticket to avoid paying full price for parking. You will need to inform the staff ahead of time you need parking. It is about a 4 minute walk from the bus station and a bus runs every 15-30 minutes to Neuschwanstein and other surrounding areas. The shopping/restaurant/bar options are all around you, as is the river. The staff was very friendly and helped us understand the bus options. The breakfast options were ample and the hotel was very clean.

Very near to both the train station and the town centre. The bedroom and bathroom were very spacious. There are hangers in the cupboard and shelves for those who like to unpack their bags. Great breakfast. Plenty of food and drinks to choose from. The staffs in the dining area (both breakfast and dinner) were so friendly and helpful. The sauna area was also nice. Just ask for the bathrobes and towels at the reception.

There's a lack of hooks and rails in the room for hanging towels and sports wear to dry. The door card kept locking me out of my room. The jacuzzi in the sauna area isn't there anymore.

We arrived at the hotel as the hotel we booked was double booked and we couldn’t find available hotels that could receive us after 22:00. So happy we arrived at this hotel as it was such a nice hotel. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Breakfast was wonderful and very rich. They have a park garage underneath the hotel for a fee. We went to visit the castles and they kept our luggage and we could use the parking garage till 18:00.

Nice central location with car park under the hotel. Most of the staff were excellent. Breakfast was good.

Service in the restaurant in the evening was like something out of Fawlty towers. The majority of staff were good but one member of staff seemed to think he was doing us a big favour by serving us. I’ve never experienced service quite like it. A shame because the food was good.

Lovely, spacious, clean room - maybe two easy chairs would add to the comfort. Breakfast buffet above standard & very friendly and helpful staff. Location could not be any better: in the cemtre of the town, next to the bus and railway station.

Contradictory information at reception.

Great location, you can walk from the train maybe 5 min. The hotel it's nice a bit old but clean and spacious. It comes with nice amenities, sauna, steam room, hotel bar and restaurant. You can easily walk to Füssen high castle or walk back to train station and pick up shuttle to neuschwanstein and hohenschwangau from there. Location and value were really good.

A bit of an older building, confusing to find your room. Two elevators with different available floors.

The hotel was the most reasonably priced hotel in the area for the one night stay. We received a pass to use the bus for free.

Our room, though very large, had only one small window so it was hard to cool even though it was cool outside. We were overlooking a busy street with restaurants and loud music.

Very nice location at city center and train station with parking facility. Very spacious room. Very good breakfast.

The wi-fi connection was almost impossible in night time. It might be because of too many connections. The other time, e.g. in the morning and daytime were OK. It is not facility of the hotel but width of the parking lot and the slope to the underground were very narrow. I had to be very careful not to hit my car.
