The place is clean, modern, a lot of space- garden etc . Very nice.

The management should think about changing some girls at the reception for more pleasant ones , the one who was there on thursday around 7 pm was rude to me , she was rolling her eyes at me and had a problem to keep me in the same room as i wanted to book for more nights. Not a nice experienceđź‘Ž other than that i have no complaints about the place.

The place is very neat, peaceful, Comfy and a great staff collection. One very important advantage of their settings is that everyone has a lamp side light so we hardly ever switch on the lights to the discomfort of others, some however are broken though. Altogether it was a great place because I had great roommates. They tolerated my heavy snoring. Their breakfast is a FEAST for a king and you can go at it till 12noon unbelievable.

Can put a finger on it but some staff are just flat and nonchalant about your concerns. Their biggest problem will be their staff but they also had very great staff there too.

I had to book this hostel suddenly because another nearby hostel, which I had booked about 2 months in advance, unexpectedly canceled my booking due to an overstay - just 1 hour before check-in time. Weird! That said, this hostel is great. It seems to be a relatively new building, equipped with modern furniture. Every corner of the property is clean, including the dorms. There’s 1 bathroom and 1 toilet inside the dorm, which is very convenient. The common areas are spacious, both indoors and outdoors. While the location is not in the city centre, it’s surrounded by supermarkets, convenience stores, food shops, and more; greatfor grabbing whatever you need, and the hostel also offer reasonably priced beers. During my short stay, almost all the guests were international students staying there for around three months or more while searching for apartments for a permanent stay.

If you’re looking for a hostel that’s only a 5 minute walk to the underground station or located right in the city centre, this hostel might not be for you. Personally, I didn’t mind the 15-minute walk to the nearest underground station and enjoyed it. The staff aren’t particularly hospitable and they don’t smile much. However, this was just my personal experience and at least two other fellow guests mentioned the same.

The staff at the Hostel were patient, kind, & informative: Alena, Solomon, the "Turkish manager", etc. I apologize for not remembering everyone's names but thanks to all of you!! As an English-only speaking guest, I felt very grateful for everyone speaking English, but also loved hearing so many other languages being spoken all around. Conversations with the staff were sincere & meaningful (& being in a new place/country for the first time will be remembered!!). Many of us who were guests that week were glassmakers who had come from all over the world to Berlin to attend an international glass conference. The layout of the Hostel, with the outdoor courtyard in the middle & the café-like environment inside, provided a very welcoming place to meet others & have conversations. Also A+ on the music being played in the background inside, that created a comfortable atmosphere to meet & connect together. The accommodations were simple, with all the basics needed to have a comfortable place to sleep, clean & comfortable, ready to get up, & go. For my first stay at a hostel this was also very helpful to meet my budget & needs. Thank you!!

Clean, in triple room there is a private bathroom, good breakfast, comparing to other places the price is great for the facilities and comfort. Staff is nice.

Far from the centre and metro station (around 10-15 min walk). I asked for a bed far from the window twice on Booking.com and at the reception (when I left my bag in the morning and at check-in), nothing was done and I got a window bed. So beware that they don't respond to messages on Booking.com. Receptionists were nice and helpful with other questions but one of them I felt like didn't understand me fully in English and I also didn't understand her the first try half of the time.

Hostel of a really good quality. Clean, pretty comfortable. There's a tiny lamp and, of course, a charging socket for each person near the bed. There's a big space(reception) where people can not only check in but also play board games, get some drinks(the reception desk is a bar as well), talk to many other guests.

1. Would be nice if each person could have a curtain to isolate itself from others. Private space is also very important, and curtains would work out well. 2. Hostel is located pretty much far from the center. You gotta take 2 or 3 buses to get in there, IMHO, not comfortable.

The hostel is nice, around 15min walk to Sbahn or Ubahn, very close is Lidl shop. Breakfest is ok and served 7-12. Nice outside and inside place to hang out. The beds were very comfortable.

The doors to room are very heavy, if you let them close by themselves, it IS extremly loud. Also other noises. There were always people going there and back (high school Kids like till 1 am) and we could not sleep until they stopped bankingu with the doors. Thats a shame. Also, the rooms are very small so ok for Family and Friends but I would not like to stay with strangers.

didn't have breakfast. the location wasn't great but it was easily accessible for transportation. I didn't feel safe walking at night. The quietness at night allowed me to sleep late and I really appreaciated that. The staff was very friendly and accomodated us with the room to allow us to be together. Thank you very much.

There wasn't anything very horrible I disliked about the stay because it was nice and comfortable. not a lot to change but just didn't like the location.

It's clean, and there is space where you could work in front of the laptop, you got one bath and toilet in the room and one toilet at the ground floor, at each bed you got plug and light. The rest is only about luck with what people you will stay in the room :)) .

Don't take the microwave in the morning, have to ask the lobby girl to heat my food, we'll she will do it at no question but it's a beat uncomfortable.

The beds are comfortable, the bed clothes are very clean and the staff is super friendly. There's a bus stop near the hostel. The breakfast is also very good.

The sink is outside of the toilet, which is nice if more than 1 person needs to use at the same time, but it gets uncomfortable if someone needs to use it at night, for example. The shower lacks a place for you to put your stuff, like shampoo etc and even clothes. And, as usual, the biggest problem in hostels are people that don't know basic social rules, and fail to keep the room clean and organized and don't really care about respecting others.
