Everything was very good: warm and clean room, comfortable double bed with 2 pilots (which for us was a plus). From the location there are very good connections with public transport, to all important objectives in Hamburg. We will definitely recommend this accommodation.

The only thing we would have liked in addition would have been a mini fridge in the room :)

hotel is located in one of the nicest places in the city. lots of nice cafes and restaurants are just walking distance. it is a small and clean hotel. to park your car , you'll have to walk a minute to a closed parking garage. if you are a runner , hotel is very near to the lake , there is a 8km decent route , one of my favorites!

Comfortable room, the neighborhood is very nice and well connected to the center. The receptionists are also kind and helpful. It's also at a distance of a fifteen minute drive from the airport.

Hamburg is a bit on the expensive side, I would have preferred to have breakfast included for the price I paid the room considering it is a bit far from the center of the town.

The hotel was exceptionally clean and comfortable. Everybody was very friendly and most helpful. Breakfast was very good. I didn’t expect this from a small hotel and was very positively surprised.

The staff is incredibly friendly and attentive (incl. the cleaning ladies). You're surrounded by so many restaurants and shops and yet it's a quiet street. I'd go there again, definitely!

It was a cozy place in a very nice neighborhood

The wifi was horrendous, I had to take a few meeting from my room, was barely able to get any work done. That honestly is the only complaint I have.

Great value for money in Winterhude. Small independent hotel, nice rooms, friendly staff, good breakfast at a very reasonable price. Nice base if you want to visit Hamburg away from the most touristy locations, there's good transportation options to get to the center in a reasonable time (15-20 mins)

It was perfect for what I needed. Some may prefer a location closer to the main tourist spots
