We stayed at this hotel for two nights in January. The breakfast was great, a lot of options and available for a long period of time (from 7 to 11 in the morning). The room was ok during our stay, quiet, but I don't think it was cleaned before our arrival - the floor definitely wasn't. The hotel is situated in the city center.

More attention should be given to cleaning. The first day, the towels were taken from our friends room, but not replaced.

This hotel was in a good location, a short walk to Reeperbahn Sbahn station. The area is full of young girls working the streets at night who all come after you "offering their services" which is a bit off-putting but otherwise it was ok. Plenty of bars around and some nice little restaurants. The staff were all very friendly and polite, especially the ladies at breakfast who are very attentive. The breakfast was very good. Nice selection, something for everyone to start the day. The price was good for a city center hotel - We stayed three nights from Sunday to Wednesday so maybe more expensive for weekend nights. The room was very clean and also very quiet considering the area it is located in.

The location is perfect. The staff are very friendly and speaks English as well. The room size was good.

The parking was full and not easy to reach, but there was a nearby parking in the grocery store. The area might not be suitable for everyone during the night as it's close to the red light area of Hamburg but they lock the hotel at night so it's safe.

The location is perfect. You are in the center of entertainment and also next to Hafen. The breakfast was also nice. The Stuff working there from the Reception to the Kitchen are very friendly and nice. They advised us how to get to the Stadium, super sweet. If you want to save the time and taste the Hamburg in walking distance, then it is a place for you. Thank you to Reception that we could check in earlier to get ready for the concert we came for. 🥰

The breakfast is simply great. The staff was helpful and friendly. The beds were very comfortable. The cleaning staff was doing a good job. The employees helped me with the roads, described every place and showed me the way. :) Thank you so much again.

Definitely, the only shortcoming of the hotel is WIFI. It was only in the lobby and the internet connection was cut off as soon as I left the lobby. Being without internet in our room was a bit annoying. And there were no slippers to walk the room.

Very comfortable spacious room, and quiet too,much appreciated given the location. Kettle and tea was a plus. Breakfast was very good. Overall a great choice.

Well, the location was a challenge, in the lively, and sleazy, St Pauli district, but it was also close to the Elbe, the U Bahn, and the city.

Great location for seeing the interesting sights and culture of St Pauli. Lovely breakfast, terrific and caring staff. As good as you can get for families for the price in that particular part of town. We'd stay there again. Thanks Hotel Hanseport! :)

Parking was tough. They have an underground parking area but it had run out of spaces for us. First in best dressed. Finding parking nearby was a tad challenging.

For security reasons, as they said, I have to leave the key at the reception every time I go out and then ask for it when I come back, this is something I've never seen before in any hotel that it made me feel like I'm restricted, but however it wasn’t a big deal

Great location, in a quiet street. We had no issues with noise at all. It is situated near to the harbour and the Reeperbahn. Friendly and helpful staff on reception. Comfortable and clean room. Great breakfast.

The room we got was very large and comfortable. The bathroom was very clean and the breakfast was just unbelievable (the best I ever had in a hotel)

The hotel is located nearby a neighborhood that is considered a red district.
