The hotel is brand new and had been open for only 4 days when we arrived Thursday before Easter. The hotel is stylish with a nordic design, and the location is great. The staff was super nice. Especially the man who greeted us at check-in and the two young guys in the bar. You made a superb mocktail for our 13-year-old son. If you read this, you know who you are 😊

Aircondition could not be set below 20 degrees, and we found the room too warm at night. We opened the window to get some air, but we were then disturbed by traffic. Because of this, we did not sleep very well, but I hope that this was just a temporary problem as the hotel is brand new and I know that everything was not working as expected.

Brand new hotel, opened the day we arrived which we wasn’t aware of when booking. Very central and close to Hamburg Central Station and town.

Room was very comfortable and clean. Had very nice Rituals toiletries and bath robes in the bathroom Staff were always helpful

Really well situated close to the railway station.its behind the media/decathlon building. The room was exceptional, clean and extremely comfortable beds. Had a really powerful shower. Also a large flatscreen and coffee making machine. Used the bar downstairs, nice beer £6 each I think. The gym is small but compact, which I used once for a pre run workout. The hotel was a close walk to the underground and bus station also. Bruna at reception made some nice suggestions for exploring this vibrant German city, which I will come back to visit. Overall a great hotel and I highly recommend it. I found the staff helpful and corteous , from the cleaners to the night staff.

Didn't have a bat cave, it rained outside and ireland got beat by England whilst we were there.

There was no fridge in the room

Accommodation fee already had been by my company credit card via booking. HOWEVER guy at the reception insisted too much to me for my credit card. I told him many times that payment already had been done but finally I gave my credit card due to his extreme insisting. As a result, today I realized that 333 euros had been taken from my credit card. So, that means this accommodation had been paid as twice, dublicate. Please send my money back as soon as possible. THIS IS NOT ACCEPTABLE

Very new hotel, good design, very clean, perfect location in the city, friendly staff, would book it again. Small but well eqipped gym, unfortunately without water dispenser.

When I saw online they have a Nespresso machine, I was very happy, but guests should be informed, that you can only get once coffee capsules, if you want to use it during the complete stay you need to bring your own, as you can also not purchase them from the hotel. We were lucky and received some more for free, but that was an exception.

1. The staff is very cooperative ,especially one man I didn't ask him about his name ,he changed my room because there was no refrigerator in my room. Special thanks to him . 2. The location is very good.

1. There is no refrigerator in the room , you have to choose the room with, before you booked. 2. In the reception, they are keeping only the medicines in their refrigerator. 3. There were no cupboard only hangers . 4. The break fast is too expensive. 28 EUR

The location is very close to the central train station and the famous Mönckebergstrasse. There is a U-bahn station in front of it where you can transfer. However, you can also walk to places like Rathaus, Speicherstadt, etc. very easily.

We said hello and good evening to the staff several times. But we did not get an answer. I guess they are always very busy.

Great location, very close to the train station and easy to walk to all the attractions you would want to see when visiting Hamburg. Lovely spacious rooms too and very modern!

Was surprised that the breakfast price was 28EUR per person per day, for this reason we decided to skip this but luckily there are plenty of options in the city for breakfast.
