The hotel was even closer to the train station that I thought: i arrived on the S Bahn from the Airport and it was not even 5 minutes away with lots of late night food stands open by the station. Arrived quite late and the gentleman at the desk checked me in smoothly and quickly. My room was super close to the Reception (#10) and quirky in a cozy way. All the necessities were provided and they had an adaptator at the desk for my phone charger. While the room was facing the street, I wasn't disturbed by noise or light and had a good sleep in the mezzanine. Breakfast was tasty with lots of meats, cheese, bread rolls, teas, waters and juices. Good start of the day. The staff was on hand to refill the buffet quickly. If needed, they were selling drinks and snacks at the Reception but I didn't use those.

Nothing, it was a great value for money and a good rest.

Lovely buffet breakfast, friendly multi-lingual staff, comfortable, warm and peaceful room, value for money all round package, close to shopping, restaurants and bars, 5 minutes walking distance to Hamburg Central Train Station

Wifi signal strength could be improved in the bedrooms, possibly by placing a wireless access point in the hallway on every floor. Also replacing the flexable hose on shower with a solid piped a rain shower head so there is less over spray. Please note none of this is a complaint, it is just some helpful suggestions.

Room was basic but adequate for our needs. Plenty of breakfast food and coffee and lovely fresh rolls. The location was excellent - near to Central Station and all underground and local train stations. Also on local bus routes so we were able to travel around Hamburg very easily.

There was nothing to dislike but a coffee/tea tray in the room would have been good!

Good location just few min walk to the central train station to reach the airport in 30 min. Many shopping and restaurants close to the hotel. Arrived earlier than expected. The staff allowed to put the bags in the storage and come back to when the room will be ready.

Too much unwanted paper work with unnecessary info required by the reception to fill out which takes time. Then need to wait when the room will be ready.

Good value for money, rooms are on the more basic side but comfortable and you have everything you need. Breakfast choice was more limited but good quality. Really couldn't complain about the location - 3 minutes walk to Hauptbahnhof made it perfect for sightseeing.

Location is perfect, two minutes' walk from central railway station and public transport, a lot of cafes and restaurants nearby. Good value for money - this is not a 5-star hotel, but it doesn't charge 5-star prices either. Clean, simple place, everything works: no major complaints at all.

Soundproofing is not great, consider bringing earplugs. Breakfast was exactly the same every morning, and the small breakfast room got a bit crowded at times. Considering the reasonable price, these are not a big deal.

i will suggest to put tea machine always in the kitchen because for having tea you had to ask always to the receptionist and it took time)

Location is great, it is so close to the main station, easy to access to the airport. Rooms were clean and breakfast is good. If you skip your cleaning day, they leave a glass of water as a gift :))

Efficient check-in and check-out, great location.

3 hotels with very similar names, it wasn't straightforward to find which one I had booked, luckily all at a few hundred meters from one another.

Although the hotel is just a couple of minutes walk from the Hauptbahnhof, the location is very quiet. Lots of variety of small restaurants nearby. Small but clean room with everything you need. Great value for money
