Everything in the room was very good, and the staff was friendly and helpful. I left my phone charger at friends' before coming to Hamburg and the receptionists charged it for me.

There was no spare charger for Samsung phones, but there were plenty for iPhones. It wasn't a big deal, of course, since the receptionists solved the problem. The hotel is located in an area with lots of bars, so it was rather noisy outside. However, it was the first night of Euro 2024, so perhaps it's not usually a problem.

Loved the room. Super spacious, comfortable beds, amazing shower. Lovely high ceiling. Location was amazing, the Schanzenviertel area was just simply awesome! So many great restaurants and cafes within a short walking distance as well as the lovely Planten und Plomen park.

Well, there was no air con nor a fan, so I can't rate it higher than 8 although everything else was top notch. It just got super hot in the room during the day and you couldn't go back to the room until 8 pm when you could finally open the windows to let some fresh air in (before that it was so warm outside that it wouldn't have helped). Luckily there was loads of big windows and opening them helped to cool down the room nicely. But this was in June when the night temperature dropped to 15-16 degrees celsius. If it had been a warm night, cooling down the room would have been impossible. Also the curtains let quite a bit of light in.

The room was modern, bright, clean, spacious and really quiet for the area.

All was good, however, the tv was fixed on the wall facing the entrance door without a flexible arm to turn it towards the beds. In order to watch TV in bed, we had to move the beds against the wall the tv was facing... no probs for us, but it could be a bit annoying if you arrive tired and want to kick back in bed watching some telly.

Very helpful and friendly staff we had been let down by another accommodation so it was short notice but the staff at Pajama where very accommodating we dropped our luggage off early as we had to get to an exibition that we were working at and the staff put all of our luggage in our room ready on our return.

Clean spacious everything we needed good location and plenty of good restaurants near by.

The location is great, surrounded by restaurants and bars, as well as public transportation. We really liked the design of the room and the bathroom. Beds were very comfortable and everything was clean.

Check in is too late and checkout too early (we of course knew it when booking, but want to mention it anyways). Toilet is joined with a shower and there is a just one per gender for 6 rooms, which is a bit impractical. Quite hot in the room

Very nice room, with a unique setup of a high level bunk double bed. Could have slept four instead just the two of us. Klean a modern bathroom. Very good value for money in a great location. Unique hotel in that it really didn't have any other facilities than the bedrooms and a tiny reception. So check in was through a lockbox instead, which worked fine.

No coffee or tea or kettle to make your own, having sad that a restaurant is across the corridor and a bakery/cafe is just around the corner.

Hostel but really family friendly. My family of 5 (including one 4yo) enjoyed our stay. Rooms were done daily, and very clean. Check in was seemless; we arrived beyond the check-in time, however the staff drop us a text prior earlier in the day providing clear instructions how get our keys.

No kettle in the room We manage to borrow one from the front desk but it was so dirty that we didn't end up using it eventually. Maybe the hostel could provide each room a kettle or if hot water is made available at front desk would be nice.

Good location in a lively (but not too lively!) area. Well situated near the metro and local shops and restaurants. Good for families where well-priced, compact living gives a new and different experience over the usual hum-drum of hotels and the like

Nothing at all, it lived up to expectation and was reasonably priced.

Everything exceeded our expectations - we were a little alarmed by the name hostel and some reviews but the hotel was delightful - excellent staff and helpful reception notably Tim. Beautiful light window filled room, comfy warm and the district, restaurants and shops perfect

Maybe the lift but you know lifts can be a bit yucky - really the test was excellent x would def return and I’m 63 with exacting standards

The hotel is located in a nice area that we enjoyed very much. There are a lot of bars and restaurants around it. Our room was small but clean and with all the necessary facilities, so it was perfect for an overnight stay.

Everything was fine.
