Nice restaurant (slow service though). Really nice decor throughout the hotel, comfortable rooms, friendly staff at reception. Location is great, new part of Heidelberg, walking distance to nice coffee shops, playground, restaurants, wine bar, etc. Great for a stop-over or short stay in Heidelberg.

At check-in we had to wait 30 minutes for the room-key machine to be fixed, the staff seemed a bit dismissive about this. The waiters at the restaurant were friendly but extremely slow. They were busy chatting to each other behind the bar, and it seemed that only 1 of the 3 waiters actually served guests and took orders.

Despite not being located in the city center, it is very easy and quick to reach it. The room was very clean, quite and absolutely comfortable. I did not have the chance to try the food but I'm planning to do so next time. It is an excellent accommodation.

Lots of building going on in this area but didn't effect our stay. Nice hotel, easy and fairly cheap to get tram into town centre(10.80 euros for day ticket for 2 people) staff friendly and helpful, coffee making facilities on landings. Nice bar/restaurant area and great roof terrace for evening sunsets. Would go there again.

Really liked the hotel. Location is set in a new-build part of town so currently fairly quiet with a lot of construction. Grocery shops close by. Free off-road parking around the hotel but hotel parking if security needed (at cost). Very comfortable room and hotel felt more expensive than I paid.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. We only speak a little German, but they were very capable helping us in English. The barman made a real nice Amaretto Sour. The room was great and bathroom even moreso. My partner and I plan to visit the town again and will definitely stay here.

On our last night there was some loud music we could hear through the room a little from the restaurant I think, but not a big deal :)

location is a bit isolated. Beds could be bigger. Single beds are too small.

It’s a good hotel for a short stay. Breakfast is really good.

I went for breakfast and they came to clean my room before check out, meaning one of the two rooms we had could not be used anymore. Parking garage gate was broken and we had to park on the street.

Excellent and modern hotel in Heidelberg's newly built Bahnstadt living suburb. Best to take a car or public transport to reach the old town or the Palace however (4-5 km away). Hotel was superb - excellent and plentiful breakfast, nice staff, great parking, very cool room in a heatwave, great amenities. Loved it. The area also had restaurants and even some friday night happenings so being remote wasn't a problem.

First evening there was only cold water in the shower. Somehow the next morning it worked normally, must've run out. Don't take those bloody 20 min hot showers, people :-) And of course the room with parking was quite costly.

Lovely, stylish clean hotel. Ideally located for the train station and getting the tram or taking a riverside walk into the old town. Close to a small shopping complex in case you've forgotten to bring anything.

Only a minor issue is that when we arrived to breakfast around 40 minutes before it ended, the hot food had not been replenished.

Breakfast was very good. In general the hotel seemed to be well organised.

That we arrived the time announced and the room was not ready. We were sent to wait at the restaurant. There we took a coffee. But we were not informed that the room was now ready. It is clear that it is not at all a family owned hotel. But some inspiration could be taken from such type of hotel.
