I was liking that all traveler were youth and location is nice you can find train and other public transportation around 30 m of hotel Good restaurants around and absolutely a small park connecting to canal that was my favorite place
Carry my own baggage as a girl from stairs was bad part in Europe but i think that’s normal

The staff was very friendly and helpful. They gave some recommendations and directions, all in a very friendly way.
I arrived at 13h00, earlier than the check-in time (16h00), and I had to wait till that time. I would have wished to be able to check in earlier, specially as the rooms were empty and ready.

Great location in the city. Everything is within walking distance of the hotel. Plenty of shops, cafes, restaurants nearby the hotel. Old town is approximately 15 mins walk away which is great!! The hotel room was clean and comfortable which did the job for our trip!

It's a nice hotel with a good location. It is about 20 minutes from the city center.
Breakfast was not good, not many things (no fruit, no scrambled eggs or pancakes..)

Staff were very friendly and location was wonderful. Beautiful area and steps away from the subway. The hotel's paid parking was great and very convenient as we didn't have to worry about finding street parking.

Everything worked as predicted.
There was a problem on a few occassions. Several people tried to shower or were soaped up and then no water. Simliar problems several times with the water in the sink.

Very comfortable rooms. Very nice and helpfull staff. For our niece, who was with us, they had arranged a special vegan breakfast. Appreciated!

The room was clean and comfortable. For us, the mattress was too soft, but not critical. The staff is friendly, convenient parking and good location.

It was near REWE supermarket.. & cafe homage - best coffee ever. Find it go there!
The common area carpet was a bit grubby but it was European Cup & they were v busy.
