The location was excellent, the staff was exceptionally nice and helpful. There is a relatively cheap underground parking just in front of the hotel (15€ for 24h). Nice and clean room :)

Breakfast was a bit expensive (we opted out of it). The self checkout didn’t work, because of it as it required to pay for the breakfast (no problems with the checkout at the reception).

What a beautiful room! We really liked the room size and decor. The bed was really comfortable and the view from the huge windows was pretty nice. The bathroom was very clean and quite large. While we only stayed one night, I can definitely imagine being able to comfortably stay for significantly longer.

Small details: a kettle and coffee machine in the room would have been nice. You could hear some noise from the hallway in the morning, but nothing at all during the night.

Everything! The hotel was nice, clean and in a nice position at walking distance from the center of the city. I was actually surprised by how stylish the room was! The bed was especially comfortable, with a high mattress and soft, plush pillows and duvet. The bathroom was small but well organised and both the bedroom and the bathroom were spotless. I had a really pleasant stay and I can’t recommend this hotel enough for is beautiful, clean and good value for money

The staff was kind and helpful, but most of them spoke very little of english, a common issue in Cologne

Room was beautiful and a good compromise between modern and vintage Stylings. We had a room just like the background photo for the hotel. Tall ceilings, big windows, modern bathroom, very clean and comfortable. I wish the bed was a queen sized instead of two beds pushed together, but it's an older building and hard to manoeuver big furniture through. Staff was very nice and took the time to give us directions to our concert instead of letting us waste money on a cab. Thanks again.

Nothing that I didn't like, just would have preferred one big mattress. The bed was still very comfortable though. Any points I took off are only because I've been to better hotels at the price (but also much worse), but I've never stayed in Cologne before. For all I know this was the crown jewel. I would stay there again.

the hotel interior design is amazing.. the location is superior every spots are near by walking .. the hotel security is perfect and very comfortable..what I really want to appreciate the whole stuff they are great one team and they all work to help the client and to help each other and I want to thank specially the receptionist “igroo” he is very welcome very helpful honest hard worker he explain everything to us and give me a god impression how the people here are kind ..

Modern rooms a little dark but nice decor

No facilities for us to make a drink in the room a kettle would have made a big difference seems petty but was noticeable on arrival.

We were staying there cause of business. The part of town is excellent, full of restaurants, although it is 20 minutes by walking to the Cathedral and SBanhof, which makes it a little bit difficult for us for walking 2 times a day that distance, so we used a cab. The beds are really comfortable and the staff was very helpful.

Just that hotel is not that close to the Cathedral.

Beautiful and quiet Hotel. Easy to find and just a couple of minutes from the center.

They don't have a Restaurant. Even though, they offer an acceptable breakfast but a bit too expensive, in terms of quality, variety, and price.... 18 EUR is a little bit too much cause is not a proper buffet.

The staff was extremely helpful and friendly; the room was a lot more stylish than anticipated and very comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.

The bed was cozy, the room was spacious, and overall this was an incredible deal. Was pleased with the design of the room and glad they had an elevator for our bags. Also appreciated the balcony outside our room for the morning was nice to have a quick coffee there first thing.

Perfect location near a lot of shops and restaurants, and great walking distance to the city center near the cathedral and Christmas markets. The single room is very small but efficient and perfect for a solo traveler! Staff was very friendly, and I enjoyed my stay
