Even though the property is quite far away from anything interesting, the size and styling of the complex makes up for everything. The rooms are very private, well furnished and well equipped

The location is hard to reach, especially without a car. Also public transport is quite far and fairly expensive, especially for visiting the city. (Not the hotel‘s fault though). Since it is in an industrial compound next to a cement factory, the view is also a bit „special“, especially from the higher level rooms.

The room was spacious, clean and had a private balcony.Very nice atmosphere, reminded me of a summer village, curated in every detail. The personnel is amazing, top customer experience. Thank you!

everything great. an observation for such a great Tuscanian experience: adding bed sheets below duvets and a couple more pillow would be top!

The hotel room was very spacious and the furnishings inside were modern. We really liked the bathroom. There was a cute balcony on our room an we were happy to get some fresh air. Staff was also friendly.

We requested parking to be available but the parking garage was under construction and we needed to find street parking. We also didn't like the fact that there was no air conditioning, but a fan was provided. We heard neighboring guests as well during the night (it was loud enough for me to use noise canceling headphones to sleep).

I booked room with a double bed but was given room with twin beds. Eventually the maid put the two beds together and put a single sheet, so the gap in the middle wasn't so important. Still, a double bed would have been better as we're travelling with a baby and wanted to put him to sleep between us (and the gap doesn't help). Unfortunately, I didn't see that a baby bed is available with request in advance. Also, 15 EUR are charged for the pet, I've read in the comments that bowls for water and food are provided but we didn't get anything like that. The rooms were number 412 and 416 and we thought that our request for them to be close is fulfilled. Turned out they are at the exact opposites in the corridor - strange but...

Price was high. Location is remote from Heidelberg and surrounding is very commercial. Sharing a balcony with next door room. Not being on a high floor. 20 Euro charge for booking in 1 hour early. 10 Euro charge for every hour

The room was beautiful, bigger than expected and very comfy. We had all we needed for a pleasant stay. We loved wellness - we were alone there and the saunas were very nice. Also we had dinner at the restaurant and it was SO tasty. Worth every euro :)

It was quite problematic to find a parking spot.

The staff at the Restaurant and Rezeption war friendly and ready to help. The breakfast and food in general was very nice.

Car Parking is a challenge on a weekend

The room was very spacious, the bed very comfortable, the wellness facilities wonderful.

The price could have been better. It is easy to lose your way through the various buildings of the hotel.
