The hotel was extremely conveniently located within a couple minute walk to the city center, across the street from an overnight parking structure and the shopping center (Hofe am Brühl), and across from the train station but not too close to be sketchy. The room was really spacious with a small kitchen and they provided tea and coffee, and a water cooker. Breakfast was great with very fresh baked goods and great variety as well as very good, efficient service. The staff were very friendly. We would stay here again.

The room wasn’t 4-star hotel clean, there were a few dust bunnies in the corners. But beds, bathroom and kitchen were very clean.

there was no internet connection in the room whatsoever. It is not a big issue but, the kitchen was right below our windows so we were smelling food and coffee from 5am in addition to music, kitchen noises and employees gossiping :D !

The room was great. Large, with a very comfortable (and also large) bed and a kitchenette with kettle, microwave, two ring hob, fridge and breakfast bar. The bathroom was OK. Breakfast was a buffet with a wide choice of meats, cheeses, fruit, yoghurts, cereals bread and rolls and a few hot dishes (which we didn't try). Good coffee and friendly and helpful service. There was a room safe, which is a welcome feature. It would be hard to imagine a better location for sightseeing, a five minute walk from the Hauptbahnhof and convenient for all the city centre sights, and buses and trams. The airport is only a couple of stops away from the Hbf, so the hotel is also handy for that. Our German friends parked in the multi-storey directly over the road from the hotel and were happy with that. The daytime reception staff were really helpful.

The servicing of the room could have been better. The lid of our toilet seat fell off and wasn't fixed. Judging by the contents of the drip tray under the toilet brush, the cleaner hadn't looked there for a very long time. The duvet was tidied but the foot guard at the bottom of the bed wasn't replaced. I asked for a second pillow but it never arrived and the night porter wasn't as friendly or helpful as the day staff.

The hotel has perfect location, allowing easy, on foot access to the major sight-seeings in Leipzig. The people at the reception were very friendly and helpful. The room...wow! The best value for money I have experienced in Germany, Czech Republic, Italy and the Netherlands! We had a great view, the room was spacious, super well furnished and beautifully decorated! There was a small kitchen as well which added more comfort to the experience. In the price breakfast was included and it was rich and tasty! Overall, I can say that Royal International Leipzig is a hotel which exceeded my expectations and I would gladly come back to it and recommend it to everyone!

the room waS LARGE, THE BREAKFAST WAS excellent. The hotel is close to the railway station and city centre.

I selected the hotel since they mentioned under their facilities ' bicycle rental'. However, they appeared not to be aware of this. the hotel is next to a busy cross roads and does not have airconditioning. If you are sensitive to noise, you should bring earolugs

Hotel is on the corner of very busy street, when we came to our room, it was quite noisy, but receptionist was very willing and helpful and gave us another more quiet room in higher floor (and also with much better view). However hotel location is really in the city center, you can walk a few minutes and see all historical places, there are also many bars and restaurants around. Room was spacious, beds comfortable. Breakfast was ok.

Old cake in the fridge, cleaning lady probably forget to clean it. Bathroom was quite spacious, so I didn't understand why is the entrance to the shower so tight (no problem for us, but if you are bigger, you might have a problem). Hotel doesn't have parking options, you have to park in mall garages right opposite of the hotel, fee 11 EUR/24h (on Sunday is the mall closed, you can still park there, but you have to use night entrance aside). I was missing non-dairy milk for breakfast. Hotel was in general ok, but I'm not sure why it has 4* - only sight of that was quality of the receptionist.

The young man receptionist was very helpful and friendly, and I hope the hotel reads this. Leberwurst rolls at breakfast were very good. Across the road from the main station. Room upgrade was spacious with great view.

No aircon in heatwave bit challenging, but had big windows you could open wide! A bit of city noise but that's what you get with such a good location! Room probably in need of a little 'modernisation'.

The room was a very large room, quite contrary to what i had been expecting from a central location and it included a kitchenette also, quite handy but we did not really use it. The room was very warm due to the summer heat wave but the staff were able to give me a ventilator/fan for the duration of my stay and that solved the issue. The Extra large bed that we got was really really nice for my son and very comfortable to sleep as well. The breakfast , which was included, was even more a surprise . the first floor was where the breakfast room was located. It was a self service buffet ( quite small area, but had everything i needed and daily variations as well ), but the even better part was that we had lots of staff walking around to help us with anything we needed, like coffee, creamer, additional requests and always on the walk to ensure that we had everything we needed.

The room, though very cozy and large and clean, did not have an Airconditioning. The bathroom was quite big, but the shower cabins were a bit small though.

Breakfast was good with a broad range of choices. All Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was huge and comfortable. Wifi worked well. Great view from the front rooms. Across the road from the hauptbahnhof. Short walk to Old town area or the zoo.

Our room had a kitchenette (which was great) but there was no cutlery, plates, bowls or pots for cooking which made it redundant.

- All the staff were incredibly friendly and spoke good English. - Very comfy bed - Nice big room with kitchen area that had a fridge, kettle and microwave. - Big bathroom with a decent shower. - Was very clean and very quiet inside the hotel - TV had loads of channels and in HD. - Location is opposite the train station, backing on the town centre which is ideal.

- There was no aircon, so we had to open the window which made things quite loud outside. Obviously far from ideal in 38 degree Celsius. - It’s a little dated, but has all the modern features you’d expect from a hotel.
