The location is as practical as it gets, just near the main station and the city center. The electronic access makes it super comfortable to get to the room. The parking house attached to the building is affordable (just 15 euro per day). Kitchen comes with everything one might need and the supermarket on the ground floor provides everything you might need to be processed in the kitchen.

The kitchen was a bit smelly because of what ever previous people were doing there. We stayed during the peak of summer so at night the rooms were very hot (28 degrees). There is a fan but a) it is pretty noisy and b) if you open the window you participate in everything that is happening outside, including church bells at 3am, construction work starting at 600, and the various homeless people having an argument on the street. Note there is a police station just next to the hotel so it should be as save as it gets. Overall, nothing major to complain about.

Excellent location, comfy and super clean room, complimentary mug and toothbrush, nice shower. I left something in the room and the staff contacted me and offered to ship it to my home address for an extremely reasonable charge. It came to me untouched and it was an amazing service.

The directions to get to the floor where the rooms are in the building was contradictory and I felt a little lost at the beginning. Also I didn't receive the code straight away, but the staff was available online and sorted it very quickly.

Much better than advertised. The room was spacious, new, and cozy. The kitchen was also new and in good quality. The self-checkin process was smooth and stress-free as the instruction how to access was very clear. The location was virtually perfect, just in a reasonable amount between Hbf and the centre of the city. Everything was in a walking distance. I asked for an early check in and I got it without paying anything extra.

The room did not seem to get sweep cleaned thoroughly before my check-in, as I found some hairs in bed, some little stains on utensils, which left me a bit paranoid about the cleanliness of bedsheet, or some stuffs in the room.

The room was clean, with a comfy bed and the heating worked just fine during cold days. The kitchen was equipped with tableware, a Nespresso coffee machine, a small fridge, an electric kettle, a toaster, etc. The bathroom was clean, with floor heating and warm water available at anytime. The location is great, near the city center, near the railway station and right below the apartment there is a Penny store. There is no staff or a reception at the property, but you receive the entrance pass codes via mail and we had no problem accessing the apartment.

There was nothing to complain about.

The location was very close to Leipzig Hbf which was very convenient. The room was very clean with all expected amenities. Good for a short stay of 2 days. We bought our own snacks (bread and spreads) for breakfast.

- There could be more shelves in the bathroom to keep toiletries - A floor carpet under the basin in the washroom was needed - No place (shelf) to keep the provided toiletries in the shower. I had to keep it on the floor, it was very inconvenient. - We were 2 mins past the checkout time, just scanning the room for anything we left and a housekeeper just opened the door on us. It was awkward and I would expect some kind of communication (the housekeeper should have a way to know if the guests have not checked out yet)

It is greatly equipped and modern BUT! I belong to the 50% of the world’s population who can’t sleep without thick curtains covering sun light and the apartment was equipped thinking about the other 50% who can. I had to wake up very early and many times due to the completely illuminated bedroom. Such a shame because the bed was great and everything else was just super comfortable.

Lack of curtains and lack of will to help from the staff even when I wrote them advising about this at 7AM the first morning. They said there was not enough time in advance to help me.

The apartment was clean, perfect size. You don’t have to carry a key with you all the time, you just have to remember a code for the door. There are two big windows that let inside a lot of light. There’s a penny supermarket right at the entrance to the building which is amazing. The entry is from the passage which feels safe.

The only thing is that the street was a bit too loud in the morning. And it would be perfect if there was an AC. It got too hot in the morning so it was hard to sleep.

The location was great. these was many interesting place. restaurants, cafes, old churches . The room was very clean and comfortable. The staff was polite and attentive. We would be happy to visit you at another time.

The only unpleasant nuance was the noise in the morning caused by distribution and waste collection vehicles.

Located in the city center. Clean, cozy and spacious. Comfortable beds. Well equipped separate kitchen. Quiet. Parking inside the building (The suites are located on the 3rd floor of the building which is directly connected to level 8 of the parking. We drove up the parking, parked on level 9 and went straight to the suite without using the elevator.) Self check-in (hint: if the electronic unlocking device doesn't work, look to the door-side - there is a small code-locked box containing a mechanical key. The box can be unlocked with the same code)

The flat is super well located, 4-5 mins from the train station, alongside a quiet street and a small commercial gallery. It was a very comfortable place with all the accomodation needed (toaster, kettle, coffee machine, stove, kitchen ustenstils), great bed, good sofa-bed. The place was very clean, safe (longg door code), and located in a quiet building without noisy neighbours or anything like this. It was also accessible by an elevator, as well as two different entries leading to two streets.

There's nothing that I didn't like; the place is great, well located and worth its price to a 100%. The check-in system is easy, just take care to have an internet connection when you check the information online (entry codes, etc).
