I like everything about the place, good shower with excellent water pressure, wardrobe in the right place and with plenty of space, a full length mirror, a proper place to put your travel case, the wonderful desk; and the layout of the room is so practical. I've stayed here before and I keep coming back because it is perfect for my needs. While I'm not travelling for work per se, I do need to do some work while I'm travelling (the internet is excellent) and at the Capri that is so easy.

The pillows are rather big and fairly hard. It would be good if they offered an alternative type of pillow, eg duck down.....or something with similar softness.

The room was spacious with a lot of area to feel at home. Nothing was missing and felt like at the comfort of my own home. Breakfast was different every morning and special orders were accepted without any hesitation. Pool tables & fussball for our early evening entertainment were free to use. Staff was very pleasant, polite and accommodating. Would consider the Fraser World Hotels any where any time after our first very positive experience. Location is very central and close to everything within a walking distance.

Parking spots were very limited within the hotel but this wasn’t a surprise to us as we knew about it in advance but thus does not discourage us to visit the property again in the future.

Considering the price, it felt like a bougie experience. Nice, spacious room, with a properly working AC, a kitchenette, pricey and awesome smelling bath products. It was clean, there was enough light, and there were enough hooks in the bathroom (not always the case). It IS the center of Leipzig, so the location is also unbeatable. If I were to come back to Leipzig, I would stay there again.

The Wi-Fi was not particularly strong, but we needed it for work. If you are browsing casually, you'll be fine. No free parking options nearby, we had to use a parking garage for 15 Euro a day, but I guess that's to be expected from the city center.

The location is brilliant, the choice of food for breakfast is very nice, and the quality is superb. That was what we actually expected. The experience went far beyond our expectations thanks to Celine, whose friendly approach and bubbly personality made every breakfast a real feast. We might forget other things about this hotel, but the way she took care of us and other guests will stay in our memory for a long time. Thank you, Celine, you are a treasure.

The price charged for the hotel's car park: 21 Euro per day! Seems a bit over the top.

All the staff was very good especially room service they are amazing,, especially the blone girl with short hair all the respect for them all

The manager was so disrespectful including one of the reception workers i asked for extending room for 4 nights extra they ask me to leave because the hotel was fully booked as they said but in booking and other sites all room type were available to reserve i did they reservation from booking and stay 4 extra night I rate 0 for the reception manager And one of the receptionists

Mind blowing value for money, and I travel globally with work, often with kids in tow. Best family room I have ever had across four continents. Kids asked whether we can live here:) sooo clean, quiet. We arrived from New York, 7 hrs to London, 4 hrs to change airports and a flight to Leipzig. I could barely stand when I got with two little kids and suitcases to reception desk. Sebastian at reception was the greatest guy ever. He just got us all sorted, checked in, and made sure I thought of breakfast next day (I didn’t, I am glad he made sure I am good and got all sorted). No extra paperwork/card swipes/any effort required. I just had to nod, I was so tired I was past speaking:) and all was done. Another member of hotel personnel gave me some breathing space by showing kids how to use shoe shine machine, allowing me time to sort out suitcases while kiddies were amazed and fully preoccupied polishing their sneakers:))) Awesome breakfast set up.

There was no ‘don’t like’ about this hotel. Personally I wasn’t a great fan of dogs/pets people take to hotels with them. It has nothing to do with hotel but other people choices.

The location of the hotel Capri by Fraser was exzellent, right at the city center with many attractions close by. The breakfast was good and a lot of variety. Enjoyed the smoked salmon on Sunday morning. We enjoyed our room very much.

The coffee machine was just not enough to meet the demand of all hotel guests, it would be good to have a second machine to meet the demand. Another machine is in the reception area, however is was not activated.

This was the last hotel of our tour, and much the same price as a basic one in which we had stayed in Weimar. We were bowled over by the size of the room on the seventh floor, which had a fridge, hob, and microwave, and ample seating for relaxation. The staff were most helpful with excellent English (we do not speak German). Wi-fi was free and easy to access, and there were tea/coffee making facilities in the room. The hotel is very central, five minutes walk from the train station, with tourist sites close by. Breakfast was excellent with a good choice.

It was not a problem but due to its central location, and if you are a poor sleeper, and usually live in a rural location, you will be aware of the trams running throughout the night. The car parking is expensive but secure (€19/day) but then it is a city centre location. (The nearby public car park apparently is €15/day.)

Good central location (very close to Leipzig Hbf). We stayed in the deluxe studio. Our room was on the first floor, facing the inner courtyard. The room was very comfortable with the balcony and the afternoon sun. Warm welcome check in and efficient check out at the reception. The hotel is dog friendly so we could travel with our pups. Tasty continental breakfast.

We were very happy with our stay. We would definitely stay in Capri hotel again.

Location was perfect, very close to the main train station which was really important to me. Apartment is really spaceous, the style was nice. Also, I slept better than at home :) Overall it's a good place to stay.

Before I came, I upgraded my room, but I got the room on the first floor. I couldn't see the Sun at all, I was looking at the huge walls from another building. I was hoping to get a room like the pictures but I guess I was out of luck. The shower only had curtains so every time I showered the bathroom was half flooded.
