the location is nice and it is located in a refurbished old building. The rooms have a kitchenette, relaxing furniture and are cozy and comfy. It's easy to park, they have a large covered parking next door. The city is small, so it is practical to reach any point.

Well, it was a bit tricky to check in (and the rain was pouring that day). First they have everything with electronic codes (codes for entrance, codes for room that you only get when you arrive - it's a bit stressful ... ) the trick is: they have 2 properties next to each other. They didn't indicate in which it was and we spent 30min calling the hotel team, trying to fix the codes that didn't work for room 203 until we hinted that the "other" Limehome was just next building (room 203). So please, DO explain to customers there is 2x Limehome and tell them clearly which to go! (Then it was all super smooth ...)

Nice apartment with high-quality fixtures and fittings. Fantastic and spacious bathroom. Located closes to everything in Leipzig, perfect especially if you arrive by train. Great to have a fully functional kitchen with dishwasher. Choice of 2 or 3 supermarkets just round the corner also very convenient.

Completely online check-in procedure is a little complicated especially if you are tired after a long journey, so glad my smartphone still had a bit of power left. Cups in the kitchen are too small, mugs would be nice! Nespresso coffee machine made horrible coffee, would prefer a normal filter machine or a plunger. Mattress topper to soft and warm especially for summer.

Great location . Veeeery spacious room for two people . New and fancy facilities and design. Silent neighbourhood even though it’s located in the city center . Great value for the price . Thanks a lot for presents and quality bathroom equipment( shampoo , shower gel toothpaste, toothbrush and towels)

I couldn’t reach customer service neither by call nor via watsapp. Maybe it was because of Christmas day . Anyways it was about parking and there are many private parking nearby so I solved it quick .

Location, very central, very clean, comfortable bed, good bathroom, responsive call umber (hotel has no resident staff)

Absence of resident staff, although a known aspect of the hotel at the time of booking. After experiencing this, it is not clear what would happen should there be an emergency, particularly for a solo traveler. Not a negative for everyone, but could be for some.

The room was in a great location near the Christmas markets and it was relatively easy to check into the lockbox on both floors. Everything we needed was in the room/kitchen, and we enjoyed our stay.

Would have been great to have a small couch in the room since there was plenty of room, but not a dealbreaker.

The room was clean and cozy. We had a small kitchen with the coffee machine on which we didn't count, so it was a bonus, because we travel with a toddler who wakes up very early. :) A gift set from the hotel was a cute and practical present too! The location is very nice, at the beginning of the old town of Leipzig.

Great location .Due to a problem with smelly shower drain my appt was upgraded to a slightly bigger one. The help was very good on the phone from the point of view of getting the appt changed within 30mins. Getting locked out by accident. When you only have 3 days you dont need to be spending anymore time than is needed to get issues resolved fast.

The very bad smell from the shower drain. It was revolting. Due to this problem with smelly shower drain my appt was upgraded to a slightly bigger one. I cant believe the cleaners are accepting the shower drains as clean and ready for a new tenant. I did notice the bad drain smell would come into the bathroom in appt 403 sometimes but not quite as strong as room 302. I was only there for a few days, a small washing tab for the washing machine would of been nice. The cost of the washer and dryer was not posted anywhere.

The location is excellent. Place was clean and bed was comfortable. easy access via code.

hairdryer did not work. coffee and tea supplies were counted. it would have been nice to have a wider variety and quantity. no milk either.

Great location, modern design, everything clean and fresh.

No air con for very hot weather. only one window could be opened about an inch. we couldnt sleep in the heat. A noisy fan cools a little bur doesnt allow sleep.

Location was perfect, the coffee machine offered strong coffee, the welcome pack was unexpected and very well received

Checking in using their website. Took absolutely ages to check in with codes, photos, ID varication and emails
