The room was very spacious. Although it had only the basic it is actually what a traveller need as the most time spent in the room is only to sleep. It could however come with a small fridge and fan for the summer heat. But all in all was satisfactory and comfortable.

The WIFI was extremely weak. Would have preferred the reception to be manned to be able to register the problem. Understand of cause as it was not the busy season.

The hotel is located in the centre and everything we might needed was really close (shops, restaurants, public transport). I really appreciated the fact that we managed to have our check-in earlier as it is allowed (after my call to a number sticked on the door).

I really didn't like the fact that I had no answer to my emails as far as our arrival time was concerned. During our stay we had problems with the internet connection. We barely managed to connect during our two-night stay.

Room was spacious. Room was good value considering how centrally located it was. 2min walk to HBF, 5min walk to main shopping. Lotsa options for sightseeing, supermarkets, cafes & restaurants. If in Mannheim again in the future, happy to book here...

The location is Perfect!!! So closed to rhe tain station and to the city center. The room was very big and spacious. The bathroom was very clean, the shits and towels spotlessly white.

You need to wait long time for the hot water. The carpet in the bedroom was not very clean. The padding of rhe chair was peeling off.

The beds were very comfortable. Once we realised what to do, registering via a check-in machine was very efficient

No idea what internet log on was...had hoped the information would be in the room. English versions of all the instructions would be useful for those of us who don't speak German.

Bed was super comfy! There was an important football match during the night of our stay, and since the hotel is located in a very central area (walking distance to the Hauptbahnhof), some noise was inevitable. However, our stay was very pleasant, and the room was very clean!

We had a little problem navigating the hot/cold water system in the bathroom, and we could imagine many faced with the same problem - in this case, a clearer instruction guide should ideally be made available for guests.

Very good price and close to the train station making a stop on the way from northern Europe and southern Europe.

Very busy street outside so could be hard for people sensitive to noise to sleep with the window open during warm weather.

Very clean and nice but old hotel. Paid around 50 for a large double room, everythink ok, renewed and cleaned, old lift and way to the room looked bad but because they renovate it so best wishes for future guests i recommend it for the price perfect. Staff was super nice :)

That day was a prostest or demonstration in the big street and for hours cars were peeping and crowd was screaming, had to close windows and it got hot and still it was annoying

last minute booking (6pm on the day), reception was closed but a super nice guy appeared within 2minutes and delivered the fastest check in ever. Basic, warm, quiet location, perfect for SBahn to SAP Arena. Close to main station. Perfect for our needs.

very well positioned near the train station the room and bathroom were spotlessly clean

there were no facilities for making coffee in the hotel. I wouldn’t have minded paying for my coffee but I think it’s essential to be able to get coffee in the morning. As a morning coffee addict it spoiled my stay quite alot. Please find a way to rectify this problem
